Soraya Cacici fell into the the real estate business when her mother, a realtor as well, encouraged her and took her under her wing.
Cacici is the broker/owner of Nest Forward at 139 Munroe Street in downtown Lynn. The Lynn Area Chamber of Commerce recently welcomed Nest Forward to the organization with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
Cacici says she enjoyed working for other real estate companies since 2004, including RE/MAX, but her goal was to create a unique brand and culture of inspired team members and clients. “We provide the highest level of innovation in real estate marketing and services in Lynn, while engaging our community and elevating the city’s reputation through our work,” Cacici said.
“Nest Forward is the most recognized real estate brand in downtown Lynn, and for good reason. We have achieved the highest sale prices for downtown condos of any other brokerage. No one knows the downtown market better than we do. We are currently working to expand this expertise outside of downtown so that we are able to help homeowners throughout the entire city of Lynn leverage their greatest assets. My vision is for Nest Forward to become Lynn’s most recognized and loved real estate company.”
Cacici said her success going back to 2004 has been built on providing outstanding services to clients and nurturing those long-term relationships, resulting in repeat business and steady referrals. “This is the foundation that Nest Forward was built on,” she said.
“We consider ourselves lifestyle specialists when it comes to working with our buyer-clients, by matching them with a home and location that is true to their passions, where they can thrive.”
Cacici said those moving to Lynn can thrive; that the message of how Lynn is changing is the reason they’re looking at Lynn. “Realtors control their local real estate market and we have a lot of power when it comes to influencing people’s decisions about where to live. We are finding that we don’t have to spend as much time these days trying to sell people on Lynn, which is so refreshing. Nest Forward is proud to be part of that change through our real estate marketing and advocacy.”Cacici says that as Nest Forward grows, so do the opportunities she is able to offer to others. She is currently looking for full-time sales agents to help expand Nest Forward’s services outside of downtown Lynn.
