LYNN — Drivers should expect traffic delays and detours Tuesday on Ocean Street and side streets while paving work is underway.
Work crews shut down Ocean from Ocean Park a block in from Nahant Street to Kings Beach Road Tuesday morning and also posted detour signs on the Ocean Street ends of Atlantic, Cherry, Breed and Foster streets.
