LYNN — “Lynn is doing a really good job with visual culture, but I want to expand the musical culture as well by playing these old records,” says Brad Alderman, who is the owner/teacher at North Shore Piano Studio in the Lydia Pinkham Building, as he spins a vinyl record during the first Vinyl Lounge at Land of a Thousand Hills Coffee Co. on Saturday. Alderman and Fredy Hincapie, who helped coordinate the event, want the Vinyl Lounge to be a once-a-month event at the coffee shop where people can bring in their record collections and play their favorite tunes while enjoying a cup of coffee.
