LYNN — Police are investigating after a car hit a 75-year-old man on Euclid Avenue and then fled the scene on Monday afternoon.
The victim was trying to cross the street shortly after 12:30 p.m. when he was hit by the car, Lynn Police Lt. Michael Kmiec said.
The man was taken to Salem Hospital with non-life threatening injuries, Kmiec said.
Police have no further information on the suspect vehicle or driver, who could be facing charges including fleeing the scene of an accident with personal injury, Kmiec said.
