Keith Burgess, 51, of 20 Lawton Ave., was arrested on warrant charges of two counts of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a moped violation, non-transparent or obstructed window, and charged with possession of a firearm without an FID card, unlawful possession of ammo without an FID card, and unlawful improper storage of firearm at 10:53 p.m. on Thursday.
Shubar Charles, 34, of 97 Newhall St., was arrested on warrant charges of unarmed robbery, wanton destruction of property with damage worth under $1,200, larceny under $1,200, and charged with resisting arrest at 1:58 a.m. on Friday.
Blake Coughlin, 25, of 8 Spruce St., was arrested on a warrant charge of possession to distribute a class drug and charged with possession to distribute a class drug and a default warrant at 7:39 p.m. on Thursday.
Meaghan Furey, of 201 Essex St., was arrested on a warrant charge of possession of a Class B drug at 11:47 a.m. on Friday.
Amanda Harnois, 28, of 172 Washington St., was arrested on warrant charges of sexual conduct for fee, shoplifting by concealing merchandise worth over $250, and charged with a straight warrant at 2:59 a.m. on Friday.
Christine Mabe, 56, of 232 Ocean St., was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, failure to stop or yield, and reckless operation of a motor vehicle at 11:10 p.m. on Thursday.

Accidents
A caller reported at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday that she had a minor motor vehicle crash in the parking lot of Lighthouse Lane on Wednesday evening. She stated she backed out of a spot and tapped the bumper of a car parked behind her.
Breaking and Entering
The general manager of a business on Tioga Way called to report he arrived to work at 5:34 a.m. on Thursday and found there had been a break-in overnight through a window. He stated footprints were left behind, the register was pried open and smashed, and speakers from a filing cabinet were missing. It was unknown at the time if anything else was missing. The dispatcher advised him not to touch anything but he stated they were already open for the day and he had several customers inside. He was able to secure the window area until the officer arrived.

A caller reported receiving spam calls at 11:04 a.m. on Thursday. Responding officers advised the caller to block the number via their service provider.
A caller reported a “gray/green” truck that knocked off a large branch near Brookhouse Drive and Tedesco Street at 1:06 p.m. on Thursday. The caller stated she didn’t want to get involved with moving the limb but she told the people trying to that she would call the police.
A caller reported she could not locate her vehicle at 3:17 p.m. on Thursday. She stated she loaned it to a friend and it is not parked where she expected it to be in the Landing parking lot on Front Street. She called the dispatcher back and said she found it parked down by the Barnacle.
A caller reported she returned to her car where her husband was waiting for her on Pleasant Street at 3:25 p.m. on Thursday. She noticed a male leaning into a vehicle and berating a female and the caller’s husband said it had been going on for at least 10 minutes. The caller gave the dispatcher a partial license plate of a gray sedan. Responding officers spoke to the potential victim who said she was fine and it was a verbal disagreement only.
A caller reported an elderly female driver going about 10 mph up Humphrey Street at 7:41 p.m. on Thursday. The caller stated the operator seemed very nervous.

Arrests
Porfirio A. Abreu-Duran, 42, of 50 Warren St., Apt. 422, was arrested on Wednesday at 7:33 p.m. and charged with possession of a Class B drug, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and an obstructed window.
Mindy Mangini, 32, of 18 Tanners Court, was arrested on Wednesday at 7:51 p.m. and charged with assault and battery on a household member.
Joel A. Hernandez, 39, of 72 Cambridge St., Apt. 2, Worcester, was arrested on Thursday at 11:53 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and speeding.
Jessica Figueroa, 39, of 72 Cambridge St., Worcester, was arrested on Thursday at 11:53 a.m. on a warrant from another police department.
Summons
Adriel Vilar, 18, of Peabody, was issued a summons to appear in court following a motor vehicle stop on Thursday at 1:58 p.m. at Peabody Veterans Memorial High School and charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving on a sidewalk to endanger.
Accidents
A caller from 55 Main St., Apt. 54, reported a past hit and run crash on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. Officer spoke with reporting party who said it was not a hit and run, rather a vehicle struck a parked car. Officer assisted with paperwork exchange.
Animal Control
Caller left a message for the Animal Control officer about excessive barking from neighbor’s dog on Quarry Terrace on Thursday at 12:02 p.m. Officer reports there is an ongoing dispute between the parties. Reporting party said when he goes outside, he can hear the dog barking inside the home. Officer advised him it is not a violation for dogs barking in their home.
Animal Control officer reports Smokey, a pitbull-beagle mix, remains unlicensed with its rabies vaccination status unknown at 14a Hardy St. Citation in the amount of $75 was issued on Thursday at 1:28 p.m. and mailed to Kimberly Stevens. As a courtesy, a license application included.
U.S. Post Office employee called on Thursday at 2:34 p.m. to complain about a dog from 37 Franklin St. who chased a letter carrier. Animal Control officer mailed a complaint and copy of the leash law to George Tsonis. Bruno, a bull terrier, is unlicensed.

Well-being check requested on Wednesday at 4:56 p.m. by North Shore Elder Services at 10 Overlook Trail, Apt. 1019. Officer spoke to resident and she is OK.
Caller reported he received a call on Wednesday at 6:31 p.m. from someone saying they are going to shoot up his house at 5 Bragg St. Officer will document. Incident was regarding a past breaking and entering, police said.
A fall with a head injury was reported on Wednesday at 7:11 p.m. at 6 Foster St. Patient was taken to Beverly Hospital.
A suspicious motor vehicle was reported on Wednesday at 7:15 p.m. on Dark Lane. Officer reports all is in order.
Caller from Kappy’s Liquor at 175 Andover St. reports she found a small baggie containing a white powdery substance that could be a packet of drugs on Wednesday at 7:19 p.m. Officer reports the bag will be brought to the station for destruction.
Complaint of loud bang, possibly fireworks at Raddin Park on Wednesday at 9:15 p.m. Officer spoke with parties who said they would not shoot anymore fireworks that night.
On Thursday at 7:15 a.m. report of a large pothole at 84 Lynnfield St. and 74 County St. Officer reports the Department of Public Works was contacted.
