Disabled automobile reported on Route 128 North at Exit 43 on Wednesday at 8:11 a.m. State Police notified.
Caller reported the operator of a motor vehicle with Massachusetts license plate number 844 was operating erratically on Wednesday at 8:24 a.m. at the intersection of 1100 Main St. and 228 Lowell St. Officer checked the area and unable to locate the vehicle.
Patient from Sunrise Assisted Living at 55 Salem St. was taken to the Melrose Wakefield Hospital on Wednesday 1:06 p.m. Property check requested at 1350 Market St. on Thursday at 12:24 a.m. Officer checked property and all appears to be OK. Officer reported the Market Street gate and the gate adjacent to the Pottery Barn Kid parking lot were open, but this appears to be a normal occurrence.

Complaints
A caller reported an unattended child, possibly 2 or 3 years old, on West Shore Drive at 8:04 a.m. on Wednesday. The caller stated the child was by a boat trailer near the road in front of a blue house.
A caller reported at 9:02 a.m. on Wednesday that a dark blue truck on Stacey Street has been parked in front of her residence for 13 days. She stated she believes it is registered but deemed it as suspicious. Responding officers found the truck’s owner and said everything checked out.
A walk-in at 3:12 p.m. on Wednesday complained about a man near Atlantic Avenue and Commercial Street stating he seemed a bit off. The walk-in stated the man did nothing wrong but they were afraid he may cause himself trouble because of the nature of the sign he was holding.
A caller reported tall bushes at Ruby Avenue and Ruby Terrace that vehicles can’t see around. She stated she was nearly struck by a vehicle while walking to a friend’s house at 3:33 p.m. on Wednesday. The dispatcher left a voicemail with the town’s Department of Public Works.
A caller reported two cars speeding and passing cars on the wrong side on Ocean Avenue at 5:28 p.m. on Wednesday.
A caller reported that someone asked his 16-year-old daughter to get into his car at 6:53 p.m. on Wednesday. He stated it was near the building next to Oliver’s Pond.
A caller reported dirt bikes doing wheelies in a parking lot on Humphrey Street at 6:59 p.m. on Wednesday.
A walk-in reported at 7:02 p.m. on Wednesday that she has been having ongoing issues with a former roommate and found some of her mail opened “amongst other things”.
A caller reported that he can hear a woman screaming upstairs and lots of noise and footsteps on Pearl Street at 9:01 p.m. on Wednesday. Responding officers found it was a family with kids that didn’t want to go to bed yet.
A caller reported a male walked into a business on Pleasant Street that was possible drunk or high off pot at 9:16 p.m. on Wednesday. The caller stated he sat at a table, put his head down, and fell asleep. The caller asked for help removing the man from the place of business. Responding officers arrived and placed the man in protective custody.

Arrests
Alexsandra Rosa Abril, 39, of 1050 Washington St., Apt. 2, Roslindale, was arrested on Tuesday at 9:25 p.m. at the Maki Sushi Bar at 43 Main St. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, revoked registration, and uninsured. Vehicle was towed by Arrington Service.
Mario G. Porrata, 36, of 65 Batchelder St., Roxbury was arrested on Tuesday at 10:56 p.m. at 14 Lynn St. and charged with assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest. Officer reports when Porrata arrived at booking he was violent and highly drunk.
Dominick L. Puzzo, 20, of 14 St. Ann’s Ave., was arrested on Wednesday at 10:20 a.m. following a fight on St. Ann’s Street and charged with two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, an automobile, and one count of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, a two-by-four.

A two-car crash with airbag deployment was reported on Wednesday at 6:23 a.m. at 173 Lake St. and 3 Bartholomew St. Officer reports no injuries and one vehicle needed a tow.
A motor vehicle crash was reported on Wednesday at 11:12 a.m. at 3 Norfolk Ave. and 74 Lynnfield St. Officer reports no injuries and no tow needed.
Animal Control
Party from 11 Quarry Terrace contacted the Animal Control officer about a notice he received and advised him about a neighbor in Apt. 9 is harassing him. Officer reports this is ongoing dispute between the parties.

On Tuesday at 4:38 p.m., a caller from 26 Benevento Circle reported her mother has not been seen since 9:30 a.m. Officer spoke with the daughter who said she went to T and L Liquors and is known to frequent Oak Grove Cemetery in Medford. The Medford Police Department will be contacted and officer filed missing person report. Daughter called to say she was contacted by a rehab center and told her mother is there.
A medical emergency was reported on Tuesday at 6:48 p.m. from 41 Shore Drive, Apt. G, about an unresponsive 29-year-old female who was not breathing well. Atlantic Ambulance Services arrived and initiated CPR. Woman taken to North Shore Medical Center.
A domestic disturbance was reported on Tuesday at 7:43 p.m. at 64 Foster St., Apt 104. Officer reports the complaint was unfounded and caller refused to speak to the police.
Emergency room staff at Lahey Medical Center reported a woman causing a disturbance on Tuesday at 8:31 p.m. Officer reports the woman left the hospital willingly.
An infant was reported having difficulty breathing on Wednesday at 12:10 a.m. at 17 Curwen Road. Child taken to North Shore Children’s Hospital.
Burglary reported on Wednesday at 7:02 a.m. at the Fairweather Apartments at 20 Central St., Apt. L3. Caller said someone broke into her residence overnight and $60 was stolen.
