A caller reported an erratic operator who nearly hit another vehicle at Lafayette Street and West Shore Drive at 12:20 p.m. on Wednesday. The operator was reportedly going in and out of lanes and almost hitting parked motor vehicles. Responding officers spoke with the operator and advised that if she was having mechanical issues with her car then she should pull over and get a tow truck.
A caller reported someone was sanding a house on Ticehurst Lane at 2:55 p.m. on Wednesday. The caller stated it was bothering their asthma.
A caller reported there were multiple news vehicles parked on Lee Street that were partially blocking the road at 5:35 a.m. on Thursday. Responding officers could not find any film crews.
A caller reported a man going through recycling on Marion Road at 7:19 a.m. on Thursday. The dispatcher stated there were no officers available at the time to check it out.

Animal Control
Caller from 14 Sherman St. left message on Tuesday at 3:18 p.m. noting that the Animal Control officer never acknowledged her complaint in September about the unleashed dog at 8 Sherman St. On callback, officer said he had contacted the owner. The caller now reports the offending dog now lives at 12 Sherman St.
On Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. called from 12 Sherman St. complained a neighbor allows her dog to run loose in the neighborhood and defecate on the property. Animal Control officer mailed a complaint and copies of the leash and waste removal law to Dianne Full at 12 Sherman St. Officer reports Benny, a lab mix, is licensed and vaccinated against rabies.

Past burglary reported on Tuesday at 5:17 p.m. at 8 Edythe Lane. Officer reports resident said someone may have been in the home earlier.

On Tuesday at 7:08 p.m. a suspicious motor vehicle was reported at Corbeil Park on Russell Street. Officer reports parties were sent on their way.
Dispute between two tenants at 16 Paleologos St. was reported on Tuesday at 8:24 p.m. by the landlord who said he was en route. Officer reports all were spoken to and dispute was over leaking water, and all is in order.
Caller reports traffic light is malfunctioning at Foster and Main streets on Tuesday at 8:36 p.m. Officer reports he sat through several traffic light cycles and all appears to be OK.
Complaint of construction noise was reported on Tuesday at 10:44 p.m. from 3 Rita Road. Caller requested anonymity. Officer reports no noise at the time. Caller followed up with a second call to say noise has started again. Officer spoke with homeowner who said they are done for the evening.
