Dudley Norton, Cranshaw Construction’s manager at the Lahey Clinic construction site at 1350 Market St., reported he was threatened by Michael Rao, of Pagliaro Electric Inc. of Lynn on Friday at 7:16 a.m. Officer reported Rao argued he had not been paid and threatened to lay Norton out after he was told to leave. Rao was gone upon arrival and the company was told the electric company was no longer welcome on the site.

Complaints
A report of two .45 caliber rounds found in the back of a trash truck at Atlantic Avenue and Casino Road at 8:06 a.m. on Thursday. The drivers of the trash truck stated it was unknown where they came from and he just noticed them in the back of the truck.
A caller reported a male entering the CVS Pharmacy on Atlantic Avenue who was wearing a motorcycle helmet with no motorcycle in sight at 12:42 p.m. on Thursday. The caller stated he thought it was suspicious and he was going to check it out. Responding officers found the male and said everything was clear.
A caller reported a parking dispute on Fort Beach Way at 12:53 p.m. on Thursday. They stated someone was in their private parking space and wouldn’t move.
A caller reported there is tons of congestion of parked cars on Haley Road at 6:17 p.m. on Thursday. Responding officers stated at least 60 cars were illegally parked and called in for backup to assist in tagging them all.
A caller reported a vehicle on Redstone Lane parked close to the intersection and she would like an officer to check it out.

Arrest
Richard D. Fuller, 35, of 6 Esquire Circle, Apt. 3, was arrested following a hold-up at 7-Eleven at 79 Lowell St. on Thursday at 6:23 a.m. and charged with shoplifting, assault with a dangerous weapon, and a threat to commit a crime.
