A caller reported a yellow Jeep turned down Pequot Road and West Shore Drive and turned his lights off when he turned at 9:32 p.m. on Monday.
A woman called the fire department directly at 12:23 a.m. on Tuesday and was screaming that her window was open and she needed help closing it. Officers responded to the house on Creesy Street and assisted her in closing the window.

Lee A. Wendell, 36, homeless, was arrested on Tuesday at 8:47 a.m. on Caller Street on a warrant from Peabody District Court.
Christina Cano-Whitcomb, 21, of 29 Rabbit Road, Salisbury, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop at 35 Washington St. She was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, speeding, and not in possession of a license.

Emmanuel Byarugab, 31, of 662 Revere Beach Boulevard, Revere was issued a summons following a traffic stop at Rizzo’s Roast Beef at 178 Lynn St. on Tuesday at 9:59 a.m. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and for no insurance. Vehicle was towed by Phil’s Towing.

Report of a dog stuck in window on Clark Road on Tuesday at 7:48 a.m. Caller left message for animal control officer.
Caller reported a dog loose near 70 Lowell St. on Tuesday at 10:05 a.m. Animal control officer located the dog, Gizmo, a small, tan, terrier mix, who was returned to his owner. Officer advised owner to keep an eye on the dog and gave him a verbal warning.
Large black dog reported loose at 3 Caruso Court on Tuesday at 11 a.m. Animal Control officer spoke with the dog’s owner, Andreas Hantzopoulos, and advised him to keep the dog in the house. He was issued a $25 fine but has failed to comply.
Caller complaint about a dog from Murray Street that is always off leash and coming into her yard. Caller said the owner lives at 37 Murray St. Officer issued a complaint and copy of the leash law and a license application to the owner.
