SAUGUS — The town’s compost and recycling drop-off site will close for the winter on Saturday, Dec. 8 at 2 p.m. The site will be open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Dec. 8 prior to closing.
Thes compost and recycling site will reopen at 8 a.m. on the third Saturday of the month in January, February, and March, weather permitting.
