Elizete Machado, 49, of 15 Bowditch St., was summoned on Thursday at 12:09 p.m. following a traffic stop at 55 Gardner St. and charged with not having a license while operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Car towed by Phil’s Towing.

Report of a motor vehicle into the building at 92 Shore Drive on Thursday at 1:14 p.m. Building inspector has been contacted and is on scene. The apartment struck was condemned by the inspector. The rest of the units appear to be OK. The operator was issued a ticket for failure to use care when stopping. The officer will file an immediate threat notice with the Registry of Motor Vehicles.
