A report of a strange man holding a sign at 4 p.m. Friday on Atlantic Avenue. A caller reported a man standing in front of Ace holding a sign. He was advised that police were familiar with the man and he has a right to hold the sign.
A caller reported he was blocked in by a vehicle partially blocking the driveway at 2:32 p.m. Saturday on Front Street. Police reported tagging the vehicle. A woman later called upset that she had received a ticket. She called a second time saying she was still in disbelief about getting a ticket and told police she had interviewed every one of her neighbors who all denied calling the authorities. She said police just go around putting tickets on cars because there is nothing else for them to do in town.
A caller reported three teens on bikes playing chicken and doing wheelies in the middle of the road at 3:54 p.m. Saturday at Leggs Hill Road and Tedesco Street.
A caller reported three to four teenagers walking in the street yelling “help” and “fire” and waking everyone up at 12:19 a.m. Sunday at Atlantic Avenue and Commercial Street.

An officer reported it was a bag of trash ripped open; at 5:04 p.m. Saturday at T.J. Maxx at 300 Andover St. A caller reported a person appeared to be breaking into vehicles. An officer reported the person was passing out flyers for local kickboxing classes and was told he couldn’t do that.

Theft
A report of a larceny at 2:41 p.m. Saturday at 16 Connolly Terrace. A caller reported someone broke the lock off of her mailbox and stole her mail. Police reported there was no sign of damage to the mailbox or stolen mail.
