Essex Media Group, parent company of The Daily Item, will host its second annual Persons of the Year Awards on Wednesday, Jan. 15, 6 p.m. at the Lynn Museum. The event honors an individual or group who has made a difference in Lynn, Lynnfield, Marblehead, Nahant, Peabody, Revere, Saugus, and Swampscott.
