A caller reported a large limb went down and may have pulled a live wire on Columbia Road at 11:45 a.m. on Tuesday. Responding officers reported a wire was down and it was pulled off to the side of the road.
A caller reported a low-hanging electrical wire on Village Street at 2:20 p.m. on Tuesday. They stated they were concerned if a truck drove by it would pull the wire down. Responding officers stated it appeared to be a communication wire and they attempted to secure it higher so it wouldn’t get pulled.
A caller reported a low-hanging wire from the side of her house on Willard Lane at 4:03 p.m. on Tuesday. She stated she thought it was a communication line but was not sure.
A walk-in reported at 4:38 p.m. on Tuesday that an ongoing problem with her neighbor grew deeper as she intentionally accelerated her car toward her and almost ran over her dog.
A caller reported a neighbor had a fire pit going on Stratford Road and was throwing things in, which made embers fly everywhere, at 6:17 p.m. on Tuesday.
A caller reported a gentleman having trouble with his vehicle on Gerry Street at 7:51 p.m. on Tuesday. They stated the man was stuck in manual. It was reported that AAA came to assist.
A caller reported a car was stuck in the cemetery on West Shore Drive at 9:21 p.m. on Tuesday. They stated there may be some damage to the vehicle. Responding officers stated the vehicle was stuck but there was no damage to it or to the cemetery.

Arrest

A caller reported a black truck that was seen around 11:30 p.m. on Page Road in the area of the Knights of Columbus “spinning its tires and doing donuts in the lot.” The caller stated that the same truck is responsible for the markings around Nahant Golf Club parking lot and it does not belong to a Nahant resident.
A report of an erratic operation on the Lynnway heading toward the Nahant rotary at 12:50 p.m. Saturday.
A Carey Street resident reported she believes she heard two gunshots at 10:06 and 10:08 p.m. Saturday. A second caller reported the same with a shorter time frame between the two. Police spoke with two dog walkers on Wharf Street who pointed to the area of Nahant Road. Police report the sound appeared to be coming from inland and not ocean. Officers checked all streets as well as the available shoreline in the area and could not locate the source of the reported noise.
A caller on White Way opened her window and heard a man state “drop the gun” from the attached residence at 5:38 p.m. Sunday. The caller did not think it was kids just playing. Police spoke to juveniles outside the residence and confirmed that it was the kids playing.
A Phillips Road resident reported someone has been dumping electronics and furniture in the dumpster that he rented to clean out his property at 11:12 a.m. Monday.
A caller reported an intoxicated man at Tides Restaurant on Wilson Road causing a disturbance at 9:21 p.m. Monday.

Felipe Costa-Barbosa, 37, of 22 Gardner St., Apt. 2, Salem, was arrested on Monday at 10:37 p.m. following a traffic stop at 136 Main St. and 8 Caller St. and charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Aristedes J. Krisko, 28, of 12 Wheatland St., was arrested on Tuesday at 6:23 p.m. and charged with using a motor vehicle without authority and possessing a Class A drug.

Woman complained she was verbally attacked by a T-Mobile employee at the Northshore Mall at 210 North Andover St. on Monday at 5:08 p.m. and would like to get a restraining order. Officer reports woman got a refund from the T-Mobile employee and order has been restored.
Caller reports rocks in the road at 114 Lake St. and 2 Pleasant St. on Monday at 5:24 p.m. Officer reports they tried to fill her hole with smaller rocks. It is located by the electrical box on Lake Street. The Department of Public Works has been notified.
An intoxicated person reported at the Dunkin’ Donuts at 3 Central St. Officer reports Ronald Bruce, 58, was sent on his way without incident.
Caller from Chipotle Mexican Grill at 210 Andover St. reported her father’s ex-wife and her daughter verbally attacked her and her mother at the restaurant on Monday at 6:37 p.m. The reporting party also said the confrontation nearly became physical but mother and daughter were held back by some men. Officer will document.
Resident of 4 Meredith Road reported he was checking his home on Monday at 7:54 p.m. and that the basement lights turned off and on and no one should be in the house. Officer reports the light is faulty and all is OK.
Suspicious silver SUV reported in front of 286 Newbury St. on Monday at 8:36 p.m. Caller said a man and woman are in the vehicle and may be involved in sexual or drug activity. Caller said they left the vehicle prior to the arrival of police.
Caller reports his grandmother called him to say there might be someone in her home on Wagner Street on Monday at 9:03 p.m. Officer reports all is OK.
Manager from Wendy’s Old Fashioned Hamburgers at 69 Newbury St. called to say they are closed but a customer is banging on the window demanding service on Monday at 9:23 p.m. Party left in a black Honda toward the hotel. Officer spoke with the manager who said all is OK and he is satisfied the party has left the area.
Resident at 134 Lynn St. reported being woken by a loud noise on Tuesday at 2:53 a.m. and it appears a green vehicle struck a traffic pole, debris was left behind, and operator fled the scene. Officer reports the Department of Public Works was notified as well as Peabody Fire Department for downed signal pole.
