NAHANT — Two people were taken to a local hospital after a driver lost control and crashed into a fire hydrant on the corner of Ocean Street and Maolis Road Wednesday morning.
The driver of the minivan, a 25-year-old Boston woman, suffered minor injuries to her abdomen. The passenger, a 41-year-old Boston man, complained of head, neck, and back pain, according to Nahant Police Lt. Paul Manley. The injuries are considered non-life threatening, he said.
