Arrest

Patrick Lynch, of 18 Maplewood St., Malden, was arrested on warrant charges of distributing a Class B drug and possession to distribute a class drug at 8:36 p.m. on Thursday.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle crash at Market Square at 2:16 p.m. on Thursday; at 183 Chestnut St. at 2:31 p.m. on Thursday; at Waterhill Street at 4:16 p.m. on Thursday; at Cleveland Street and Western Avenue at 5:20 p.m. on Thursday; at 116 West Neptune St. at 7:05 p.m. on Thursday; at 271 Walnut St. at 6:24 a.m. on Friday; at 675 Western Ave. at 7:32 p.m. on Friday.

A report of a motor vehicle crash with personal injury at Essex and Washington streets at 7:01 a.m. on Friday.

Complaints

A report of an unwelcome guest at 73 Clarendon Ave. at 1:17 p.m. on Thursday; at 2 Brightwood Terrace at 1:07 a.m. on Friday.

A report of gunshots at 16 Baker St. at 3:31 p.m. on Thursday.

A report of no heat at 100 Newhall St., Apt. 2, at 8:41 p.m. on Thursday.

A report of threats made at Lynn English High School, 50 Goodridge St., at 8:41 a.m. on Friday.

A report of a vandalism at 15 Marion St. at 10:40 a.m. on Thursday.

LYNNFIELD

Summons

Kristie Lee Kaminski, 33, of 11 Anderson St., Peabody, was summoned following a traffic stop for failure to stop, and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.

Accident

Lynnfield Fire Department reported a motor vehicle crash at 100 Walnut St. at 425 Market St. on Thursday at 2:12 p.m. Officer reported no injuries and assisted with paperwork exchange.

Alarms

Accidental burglar alarm at Eastern Bank at 45 Salem St. at 7:50 a.m.

Report of a burglar alarm at 54 Essex St. on Thursday at 10:46 a.m. Officer reports house appears secure.

The house cleaners at 40 Island Drive accidentally sounded the burglar alarm on Thursday at 11:09 a.m.

Request for an ambulance at 1245 Main St. on Thursday at 7:22 a.m. Patient taken to the hospital.

The Yard House at 340 Market St. called for an ambulance on Thursday at 2:05 p.m. Patient take to Union Hospital.

Accidental burglar alarm reported at the Pottery Barn at 700 Market St. on Thursday at 9:41 p.m. Officer reports all is secure.

Complaint

Caller reported he is broken down in a bad spot in a gray Chevrolet at 159 Salem St. on Thursday at 6:05 p.m. Officer reports car is off the road and Gaeta’s Tow has been contacted.

MARBLEHEAD

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle crash with minor injuries on Tedesco Street at 4:39 p.m. on Thursday.

A report of a motor vehicle crash on Atlantic Avenue at 6:28 p.m. on Thursday.

Complaints

A caller, at 7:57 a.m. on Thursday, asked about a tow letter she had sent in last year and related an ongoing parking problem she is having in the lot on Spring Street. She stated a man continues to park there and he told her he can park anywhere he wanted and dismissed her request to leave the spot.

A caller reported a girl, about 10 or 11 years old, standing on West Shore Drive opposite Tower School at 9 a.m. on Thursday. They stated the girl was pacing back and forth and seemed lost or confused for almost 10 minutes. Dispatch advised the caller to watch the girl until officers arrived but they stated they turned around and the girl was gone. Responding officers were unable to locate the described girl.

A caller reported a 2-year-old locked in a silver BMW on Pleasant Street at 10:38 a.m. on Thursday. At 10:58 a.m., entry was made by responding officers and the child was OK.

A caller reported at 3:17 p.m. on Thursday that he read a Facebook post about suspicious people in yellow vests in the area. He stated he saw a male in a yellow vest walking behind his home. He exited his home and went after the male, who was then going back around the home. Responding officers spoke with the calling party and figured out the suspicious male was just delivering a package.

PEABODY

Arrest

Jonathan R. DiRoberto, 28, of 9 Ledgewood Way, Apt. 6, was arrested following a dispute with his mother on Wednesday at 4:43 p.m. and charged with two counts of assault and battery.

Summons

Randy T. Niswander, 30, of 28 Silver St., Salem, was summoned following a motor vehicle stop at Main and Howley streets on Thursday at 12:17 p.m. for operating an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle.

Accidents

Report of a motor vehicle crash on Wednesday at 3 p.m. at 12 Park St. Officer reports no injuries, no tow needed.

Motor vehicle crash reported at Kelly Volkswagen Storage Lot at 151 Andover St. on Wednesday at 4:53 p.m. Officer reports no injuries.

Report of a motor vehicle crash on Wednesday at 5:21 p.m. at 154 Washington St. at 2 Sherman St. Officer reports no injuries or tows.

Motor vehicle crash on Wednesday at 5:22 p.m. Officer reports a Department of Public Works vehicle struck a car.

Minor motor vehicle crash reported on Newbury Street on Wednesday at 7:17 p.m. Officer reports no injuries and vehicles towed by 4-Star Towing.

Report of a motor vehicle crash at 2 Tremont St. and 63 Central St. on Wednesday at 7:19 p.m. The 21-year-old operator complained of back pain.

Motor vehicle crash reported at Kayy’s Liquor at 175 Andover St. on Wednesday at 7:56 p.m. Officer will document.

Crash reported at Lindauer Street and 98 Lake St. on Wednesday at 10:09 p.m. Officer said report was unfounded.

Animal Control

Caller from 20 Fulton St. left a message regarding dog park disputes on Thursday at 9:29 a.m. On callback, she was advised to contact the city’s Parks Department; a second caller from 19 Fay Ave. left a message regarding dog park disputes on Thursday at 9:37 a.m. On callback, she was advised to contact the city’s Parks Department.

Complaints

Burglary reported at Cedar Pond Village at 1100 Salem St., Apt. 48 on Wednesday at 5:57 p.m. Resident came home to discover a storage unit was broken into and $6,000 worth of tools and machinery was taken. Officer will document.

Larceny reported at 28 Abington Ave. on Wednesday at 8:46 p.m. Party reported her brother stole a check from her and bought a laptop. Brother will be summoned for larceny.

Disabled vehicle reported stalled at the lights at 225 Andover St. and 2 Sylvan St. on Wednesday at 9:08 p.m. Officer assisted in moving vehicle to the Petco parking lot.

A report of a motor vehicle accident on Broadway near the Lynnfield line at 4 p.m. Thursday; at 710 Main St. at 5:34 p.m. Thursday; at Main Street and Broadway at 8:33 p.m. Thursday.

A report of a broken pipe in front of a house on Elaine Avenue at 5:39 a.m. Thursday.

A report of a dead coyote in the roadway at 1639 Broadway at 7:04 p.m. Thursday.
