A report of a neighborhood dispute at 11:38 a.m. Saturday at 120 Foster St. A caller reported a female neighbor was banging on her door yelling to shut the water off. An officer said there was a plumbing issue and the plumber was on the way.
A report of a disturbance at 3:21 p.m. Saturday at St. Michael’s Society at 15 Endicott St. A caller reported 15 people arguing outside. Police reported the incident had calmed down and most of the people had left; at 7:33 p.m. Saturday at 5 Eastman Park. A person was reportedly yelling at people as they were passing by. Thomas Merow, 62, of 4 Eastman Park, was summoned for threats.
Overdose
A report of an overdose at 2:21 p.m. Sunday on Washington Street. An officer reported the person took prescribed medication and was taken to Salem Hospital.
Theft
A report of a larceny at 11:11 a.m. Saturday at 35 Rockdale Ave. A caller reported her iPad was stolen from the house; at 4:16 p.m. Sunday at New Life Cuts at 150 Main St. A caller reported a portable DVD player and DVDs were stolen from his shopping cart.
Vandalism
A report of vandalism at 11:14 p.m. Friday at 5 Caller St. A caller reported vandalism to two of her cars parked outside. Both of the cars rear passenger tires were slashed by a Hispanic male, according to video which showed him stabbing the tires; at 7:10 a.m. Saturday at 21 Caller St. A caller reported tires were slashed on multiple vehicles sometime overnight.
