Well-being check requested at 12:13 p.m. on Saturday at 201 Essex Village for a 93-year-old woman who fell. Caller reports a man weaving in and out of traffic on Walnut Street on Saturday at 3:44 p.m.
Man from New Hampshire called to say his car was towed and is unaware where it was taken on Saturday at 5:29 p.m. Caller appears to be confused and unable to provide his New Hampshire license plate number. Dispatcher located the caller in the Criminal Justice Information Services Division system and contacted Carroll County sheriff where they are familiar with the caller and they will conduct a well-being check. They say he has dementia and often calls looking for his car. His family has taken away the key for safety reasons. Call ended when sheriff arrived to check on the man.
Caller from Heather Drive reports she is getting inappropriate calls from an unknown man from Germany. Caller ID comes up as Stephan Engal on Saturday at 5:29 p.m. Reporting party said she will call Verizon and have the number blocked.

An off-duty firefighter reported a motor vehicle that was possibly in a car crash at 8:32 a.m. Sunday on Lafayette Street. The car was not occupied, had a smashed up front end and was against a tree half in/half out of the driveway. Police reported the motorist was on scene and had ricocheted off the curb and a snow bank.
A report of a transformer that exploded at 9:59 a.m. Sunday on Briar Lane. Multiple callers reported hearing two to three loud explosions and no power. Police reported the transformer on the pole had given way.
A report of a suspicious bucket loader with two people inside at 4:24 p.m. Sunday on Smith Street. Police reported a company was doing snow removal.

A report of a possible overdose at 11:16 p.m. Sunday on Gregory Street. The person was taken to North Shore Children’s Hospital.

Arrest
Alexander Lang, 27, of 21 Harvey Place, West Newton, was arrested on Thursday at 11:23 p.m. on a warrant following a well-being check at the Plaza Hotel at 125 Newbury St. and possession of Class A and B substances.
Summons
Scott D. Covey, 48, of 43 Apple Hill Lane, Lynnfield, was summoned following a traffic stop on Thursday at 4:59 p.m. at the John E. McCarthy Elementary School at 76 Lake St. for operating an uninsured, unregistered motor vehicle with a revoked registration, and no inspection sticker. Officer reports vehicle was towed.
Elizabeth Cooper, 35, of 95 Dalton Road, Holliston, was arrested on Thursday at 10:10 p.m. on three warrants from Ayer, Littleton, and Framingham district courts and charged with crimes against a person, reckless endangerment of a child, and shoplifting. A party from 21 Caller St., Apt. 101, wanted her removed.
Courtney E. Kiley, 22, of 13 Sewall St., was summoned on Friday at 1:32 p.m. for breaking and entering into a motor vehicle after a call from her ex-boyfriend who reported she may have broken into the vehicle and stolen the steering wheel. Victim said he tried to call the suspect multiple times but was unable to reach her, and left a voicemail. Reporting party said his current girlfriend and a friend said the ex threw the steering wheel in different locations after she initially denied taking it.

Caller reports his dog was struck by a car at 1 Forbes Way and Prospect Street on Friday at 3:25 p.m. On callback, party reported he was hit by the car’s mirror while walking his dog in the street. He said the driver then backed up and yelled at him. The dog’s foot was injured when the driver took off. Dispatch was advised of pedestrian accident.
