Nahant firefighter’s Swampscott home burns down

report

March 8, 2019 by report

NAHANT — A fund has been established to support a Nahant firefighter whose home was significantly damaged in a fire this week.

Firefighter Matthew Videtta’s Swampscott home burned on March 6. While nobody was injured in the fire, he and his family lost many of their belongings and were forced to relocate.

In response, Chief Michael Feinberg wishes to make the community aware of a fund that has been established to support Videtta and his family during this challenging time.

The GoFundMe page can be accessed here.
