Arrests

Greisy Batista, 30, of 11 Hamley St., was arrested on a courtesy booking at 7:22 a.m. Tuesday.

Luis Dejesus-Garcia, 31, of 1000 Loring Ave., Salem, was arrested and charged with Class B drug trafficking 200-plus grams at 4:49 p.m. Monday.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle crash with personal injury at 2:50 p.m. Monday at Huss Court and South Common Street; at 7:19 p.m. Monday at Broadway and Warwick Street.

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 2:51 p.m. Monday at 112 Market St.; at 7:38 p.m. Monday at Commercial Street and Neptune Boulevard; at 9:49 p.m. Monday at 14 Curwin Circle.

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run crash at 6 p.m. Monday at 320 Chatham St.

Assaults

A report of an assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 3:51 p.m. Monday on President Street; at 7:34 p.m. Monday on Chestnut Street.

A report of an assault and battery at 4:35 p.m. Monday at Liberty and Washington streets; at 11:07 p.m. Monday on Washington Street.

Breaking and Entering

A report of a breaking and entering at 12:59 p.m. Monday at 85 Sheridan St.

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 5:48 p.m. Monday at 35N Canal St.; at 10:04 a.m. Tuesday at 29 Kernwood Drive.

Theft

A report of a larceny at 5:36 p.m. Monday at Green Tea at 751 Lynnway; at 1:14 a.m. Tuesday at Domino’s Pizza at 341 Union St.; at 8:08 a.m. Tuesday at Alley and Pleasant streets.

LYNNFIELD

Accidents

Massachusetts State Police reported a motor vehicle crash on Salem Street between the rotary and Route 1 on Monday at 12:05 p.m. Officer unable to locate accident.

Motor vehicle crash with injury reported on North Broadway on Monday at 7:09 p.m. Officer reports party requesting rescue for back pain. Officer assisted with paperwork.

Alarms

Hang up 911 call received from 10 Kimball Lane on Monday at 11:50 a.m. Officer reports the call was an accident.

Faulty carbon monoxide detector sounded at 35 Stillman Road on Monday at 8:13 p.m.  Call handled by the Lynnfield Fire Department.

Complaints

Caller from Market Street reports he is unable to find his 76-year-old wife who has Alzheimer’s disease on Monday at 7:15 p.m.

Gas odor reported inside the home at 8 Dunstan Road on Monday at 9:35 p.m. Call handled by the Lynnfield Fire Department.

Wires down reported on Wildwood Drive on Monday at 10:14 p.m. Caller said a tree limb is hanging on a wire. Officer reports Verizon has been notified.

Medical Aid

Well-being check requested at 500 Ross Drive on Monday at 10:42 a.m. Officer reports resident is fine.

Request for an ambulance at Lahey Health at 1350 Market St. on Monday at 11 a.m. Patent taken to Salem Hospital.

Atlantic Ambulance requested assistance getting a resident into their home at 856 Salem St. on Monday at 12:05 p.m. Call handled by the Lynnfield Fire Department.

Request for medical aid on Monday at 1:41 p.m. at 5 Hilltop Road. Patient taken to Salem Hospital.

Ambulance requested at 10 Harvey Park on Monday at 11:32 p.m. Patient taken to Salem Hospital.

MARBLEHEAD

Accident

A report of a minor motor vehicle crash on Washington Street at 3:26 p.m. on Monday.

Complaints

A caller reported she watched a vehicle attempt to take a resident’s spot on Farrell Court at 10:47 a.m. on Monday. Responding officers made contact with the vehicle owner and they moved it.

A school employee on Village Street called and reported a child took off at 11:29 a.m. on Monday. Responding officers transported the student and a faculty member back to the school at 11:38 a.m. on Monday.

A caller reported her 18-year-old daughter was out walking and was followed by a suspicious male on Bubier Road at 4:14 p.m. on Monday. She stated the male was sitting on a park bench at Seaside and got up to follow her as she walked by.

A caller reported a suspicious brown SUV, with two “Hispanic males,” stopped by her Ruby Avenue house while she was outside with her daughter at 4:20 p.m. on Monday. She stated the two men proceeded to get out of the vehicle as she was going into her house and began staring at it. She stated she locked the doors and when she opened the shades the men were in her driveway and got back in the car when they saw she was on the phone.

PEABODY

Arrest

Silvana Ferreira, 41, of 33 Tracey St., Apt. 4, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop at 7-Eleven at 115 Main St. and charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on Monday at 2:21 p.m.

Summons

Randley Lora, 25, of 30 Harwood St., Lynn, was served a warrant on charges of assault and battery on a household member, threat to commit a crime, intimidating a witness, and entering at night for a felony on Sunday at 10:52 p.m.

Marcelo DaSilva, 29, of 18 Sutton St., was summoned following a motor vehicle stop at 23 Central St. on Monday at 12:38 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without a license.

Glacio DaSilva, 40, of 33 Tracey St., Apt. 4, was summoned on Monday at 2:21 p.m. for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Accidents

Report of a motor vehicle crash on Sunday at 7:50 p.m. at Spring Hill Suites at 43 Newbury St. Party said her vehicle was struck in the parking lot. Officer will document.

Motor vehicle crash reported at 15 Crowninshield St. on Monday at 8:04 a.m.

Complaints

Woman walked into the police station on Sunday at 6:02 p.m. to report she received a telephone message saying that she struck a vehicle and left a phone number. Reporting party said she did not hit any vehicle. Officer listened to the voicemail and the message appeared to be a series of prerecorded messages consistent with a scam.

Report of vandalism at Kennedy Field Park on Elginwood Road on Monday at 10:53 a.m. Officer will document.

Neighborhood dispute over dogs reported on Monday at 12:38 p.m. at 4 Belfast St. Officer reports the dispute got physical, both parties were separated and sent to their homes.

Medical

Well-being check requested for a homeless person rolling a suitcase in front of City Hall on Lowell Street struggling to salvage a large recliner left on the curb on Sunday at 6:23 p.m. Officer checked the area and could not locate.

SAUGUS

Arrest

Brendan John Kennedy, 34, of 832 Broadway, Apt. 133, was arrested on warrant charges.

Accident

A report of a motor vehicle accident at Wheelabrator Saugus at 10:05 a.m. Monday.

Complaints

A caller reported a dog has been in a vehicle for about an hour and appears to be in distress at IHop on Broadway at 1:04 p.m. Monday.

A report of a suspicious motor vehicle parked in the area of 24 Birch St. at 1:47 p.m. Monday.

A caller reported while traveling on Route 1 South near Friendly’s her driver’s side door window blew out at 5:52 p.m. Monday. Police report an unknown cause for the broken window.

A report of loud music coming from a garage at 14 Jackson St. at 9:11 p.m. Monday.

A caller on Broadway reported a suspicious noise that sounds like someone trying to break into his apartment at 3:45 a.m. Tuesday.

A caller reported he left his medical marijuana in the lobby of Red Roof Inn on Broadway while making coffee at 5:53 a.m. Tuesday.
