LYNN

Arrests

Isaiah Lee, 21, of 24 Surfside Road, was arrested on a warrant charge of larceny at 10:39 p.m. Wednesday.

Jorge Morales, 46, of 2 Kingsley Terrace, was arrested and charged with Class A drug possession subsequent offense and trespassing at 5:40 p.m. Wednesday.

Martin Paralle, 44, of 28 Fulton St., Malden, was arrested and charged with Class A drug possession subsequent offense and trespassing at 5:38 p.m. Wednesday.

Elfido Perez-Esteban, 22, of 24 Barrett St., was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, leaving the scene of property damage, alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to drive in the right lane, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, violation of the open container law, failure to slow and improper turn at 10:01 p.m. Wednesday.

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 12:54 p.m. Wednesday at Richdale at 149 Walnut St.; at 4:13 p.m. Wednesday at Broadway and Carter Road; at 8:18 p.m. Wednesday at Broadway and Pendexter Street; at 9:31 p.m. Wednesday at Franklin and Hanover streets; at 8:07 a.m. Thursday at 26 Hanover St.; at 12:53 p.m. Thursday at 22 Childs St.; at 1:16 p.m. Thursday at Walmart at 780 Lynnway.

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run crash at 5:23 p.m. Wednesday at 509 Eastern Ave.; at 8:17 p.m. Wednesday at 26 Commercial St.

A report of a motor vehicle crash with personal injury at 12:52 a.m. Thursday at 100 Union St.

A report of a police motor vehicle crash at 1:09 p.m. Thursday at 300 Washington St.

Overdoses

A report of an overdose at 3:11 p.m. Wednesday on Ocean Street; at 7:44 p.m. Wednesday at McDonald’s on Lynnway.

Theft

A report of a larceny at 2:08 p.m. Wednesday at 80 Sagamore St.; at 2:14 p.m. Wednesday at 780 Lynnway; at 3:33 p.m. Wednesday at 700 Washington St.; at 1:32 p.m. Thursday at 10 Houghton St.

Vandalism

A report of motor vehicle vandalism at 12:48 p.m. Wednesday at 115 Collins St.; at 11:19 p.m. Wednesday at 36 Newhall St.

A report of vandalism at 10:02 a.m. Thursday at 54 Harvest St.

LYNNFIELD

Alarms

Accidental 911 call from the Lynnfield Senior Center at 525 Salem St. on Wednesday at 9:26 a.m. Officer confirmed it was an accident.

Fire alarm reported at Gaslight at 1100 Market St. on Wednesday at 12:36 p.m. Call handled by the Lynnfield Fire Department.

False burglar alarm reported at 900 Lynnfield St., Apt. U-18 on Wednesday at 12:55 p.m.

Complaints

Caller reported a burgundy Honda Pilot appears to be texting and driving on Walnut Street on Wednesday at 8:15 p.m. Officers checked the area and unable to locate.

Property check at the Lynnfield Middle School at 505 Main St. on Thursday at 12:30 a.m.

Officer reports a deer was struck and ran off into the woods on Thursday at 6:41 a.m. at 31 Bishops Lane.

Medical Aid

Well-being check requested on Wednesday at 9:17 a.m. at 300 King Rail Drive, Apt. 109. Officer reports resident is in the hospital.

Request for a well-being check at 402 Ross Drive on Wednesday at 2:02 p.m. Officer reports no one was at home.            

Ambulance requested at 84 Locksley Road on Thursday at 6:23 a.m. Patient taken to Winchester Hospital.

MARBLEHEAD

Accident

A report of a green truck clipping a woman’s mirror on Bessom Street at 11:06 a.m. on Wednesday.

Complaints

A caller reported at 12:15 p.m. on Wednesday that she was contacted by someone who said they were from Social Security. She stated she disclosed the last four digits of her Social Security number and believes she will be scammed. Officers reported nothing of hers was compromised.

A walk-in came in at 2:16 p.m. on Wednesday to file a complaint against the project at 118 Front St. and stated they have gone beyond where they are supposed to for digging and blasting. The officer told her she needed to file it with the Building Inspector but she stated they told her they were too busy. At 7:24 a.m. on Thursday, it was reported the woman made her rounds and complained about the project to a captain, a chief, and the town administrator. She stated she is in fear that her birds will get stressed and die because of the blasting.

A caller reported at 3:31 p.m. on Wednesday that she received a text message with a receipt attached for a truck repair in Maryland using a MasterCard. She stated she does not have a MasterCard and will call Experian to have a fraud alert activated.

A caller reported kids playing basketball in the middle of Canterbury Road at 3:50 p.m. on Wednesday. She stated she was concerned it was dangerous due to the traffic. Responding officers reported the kids were doing nothing illegal and moved out of the way when a car drove by.

A caller reported a person was out of control and threatening him on Brook Road at 10:22 p.m. on Thursday. Responding officers reported it was a verbal argument.

A caller reported a fight on Pleasant Street at 11:02 p.m. on Wednesday.

A caller reported loud music on State Street at 1:23 a.m. on Thursday. Responding officers arrived at 1:32 a.m. and the party turned it down. At 1:37 a.m., the original caller reported back and stated once the officers left, the music was turned back up. At 1:47 a.m., the party was spoken to again.

PEABODY

Arrests

Randley Lora, 25, of 30 Harwood St., Apt 5, Lynn, was arrested on a warrant on Tuesday at 4 p.m. at Peabody District Court and charged with strangulation or suffocation, entering at night for a felony, assault and battery on a family or household member, threat to commit a crime, and witness intimidation.

James Nickola, 34, of 51 Salem St., Apt. 2, Salem, was arrested on Tuesday at 4:48 p.m. at Stop & Shop at 19 Howley St. following a call to check on the party in a motor vehicle with Massachusetts license plate no. 6CN182. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs and possession of a Class B substance.

Priscila Andrade Pereira Sodre, 33, of 264 Washington St., Apt. 2, was arrested following a traffic stop on Andover Street at Route 128 North on Tuesday at 8:33 p.m. She was charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. A licensed driver took possession of the vehicle.  

Summons

Ayanbadejo Gbenga, 40, of 48 Friend St., Lynn, was summoned following a motor vehicle stop at the Christina Book Distributors at 140 Summit St. for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on Tuesday at 10:23 p.m.

Accidents

Motor vehicle crash at the Big Y Plaza at 637 Lowell St. on Tuesday at 3:22 p.m. Officer reports no injuries, no tows and will document.

Report of a single motor vehicle crash into a building at Macy’s at 210 Andover St. on Tuesday at 4:08 p.m. Officer reports vehicle up on the curb, no impact with the building. All-Star Tow has the vehicle, no injuries, and officer will document.

Caller reports a motor vehicle crash at the traffic light at 2 Walnut and 3 Central streets on Tuesday at 4:35 p.m. No injuries, vehicles pulled into Bill & Bob’s Roast Beef parking lot. Officer assisted with paperwork exchange.

Two-car motor vehicle crash reported at 85 Andover St. and 6 Esquire Road on Tuesday at 6:40 p.m. Officer reports no injuries or tows, will document.

Motor vehicle crash reported at 204 Washington St. on Wednesday at 7:41 a.m. Officer assisted with paperwork exchange.

Passing motorist reported a motor vehicle crash reported at 111 Central St. at 2 Wilson Terrace on Wednesday at 12:07 p.m. Officer reports no injuries and one vehicle was towed by All Star Towing. No injuries.

Report of a motor vehicle crash on Wednesday at 1:29 p.m. at 18 Crowninshield St. Officer reports no tows or injuries.

Animal Control

Caller from 18 Felton St. left a voice and email for the animal control officer on Wednesday at 10:43 a.m. stating she received a court summons for a citation she already paid. Officer reports no answer on callback and left a voicemail advising her the payment was never received. In addition, she was a no-show to her December hearing. She was advised how to rectify the situation.

Resident of 38 Linden Road reported her domestic short-haired, black-and-white, male cat is missing on Wednesday at 10:50 a.m. Bogart was last seen in the area of Linden Road on March 24. The cat lacks a collar, but he is microchipped.

Caller on Wednesday at 11:03 a.m. reports a past incident, in which his elderly mother was knocked down by the neighbor’s dog. Officer mailed a citation warning for the unrestrained and unlicensed dog, copy of the leash law, and a license application to Jason Cutter, 5 James St.

Yearly kennel inspection of RiverDog at 134 Newbury St. on Wednesday at 12:28 p.m.

Annual kennel inspection at New England K-9 at 81R Prospect St. on Wednesday at 12:33 p.m.

Annual kennel inspection at Borash Veterinary Clinic at 79 Prospect St. on Wednesday at 12:34 p.m.

Complaints

Report of a road rage incident at the merge onto Summit Street from Centennial Drive on Tuesday at 4:57 p.m. Caller said operator of Massachusetts license plate no. MG43 cut him off and he honked, then the operator got out of his vehicle and started punching his window and swore. Reporting party pulled into CVS parking lot while the other vehicle continued down County Street.

Employee from Route 1 Auto Service at 218 Newbury St. reported a party refusing to leave the property on Tuesday at 5:49 p.m. Officer reports party moved her vehicle prior to police arrival and the owner was satisfied.

Request from Homewood Suites at 57 Newbury St. on Tuesday at 9:40 p.m. to check a vehicle with an open trunk. Officer reports owner contacted and vehicle secured.

Staff from Marriott Hotel at 8A Centennial Drive reports a disturbance and threats from a guest in room 556 on Wednesday at 1:35 a.m. Officer reports the matter appears to be a misunderstanding and guest was allowed to stay in the room for the night.

A Brooksby Village employee from 400 Brooksby Village Drive reported a case of possible abuse on Wednesday at 8:35 a.m. The Criminal Investigation Department was contacted for photos. Officer will document.

Cadillac Escalade reported parked in handicap spot near the flagpole at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates at 2 Essex Center Drive on Wednesday at 10:24 a.m. Officer reports ticket issued.

Owner of Auto Graphics at 220 Newbury St. reported on Wednesday at 10:46 a.m. that he has video of someone marking his property on March 19 at 4:11 a.m. Officer will document.

Wire down across a car reported on Wednesday at 12:42 p.m. at 10 Margin and 68 Driscoll streets. Officer will document.

Caller reports a landscaping crew blowing debris into passing cars on Wednesday at 1:16 p.m. at 245 Lynnfield St. and 2 First Ave. Officer spoke to the grounds keeper who said they were doing the best they could with the wind.

Medical Aid

Request for an ambulance at the Peabody Coffee House at 59 Walnut St. on Wednesday at 5:17 a.m. for a man with chest pain. Patient taken to Salem Hospital.

SAUGUS

Arrest

Richard Gonzalez, 45, of 7 Chancery Court, Lynn, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise and warrant charges of possession of a Class B drug, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident on Central Street at 4:24 p.m. Wednesday; at Lowe’s on Broadway at 6:12 p.m. Wednesday.

Complaints

A caller reported his wife called him stating there was someone aggressively banging on the door and is unaware of who it is on Newhall Street at 5:55 a.m. Wednesday.

A caller from Sally’s Beauty Supply reported a man carrying a duffel bag inside the store who she believes is trying to steal items at 9:16 a.m. Wednesday.

A caller on Baker Street reported a dog in a vehicle with the windows cracked at 3:27 p.m. Wednesday.

Revere police reported seeing an MBTA bus with the text “Call for Help” on the front of the bus on Lincoln Avenue at 4 p.m. They were unable to follow up due to the officer responding to a call. Transit police was contacted and a BOLO was put out. A second call was received five minutes later at the 7-Eleven on Lincoln Avenue going toward Lynn.

SWAMPSCOTT

Arrest

Amy Trott, 36, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by asportation and possession of a shielding device at 11:35 a.m. on Wednesday.

Accident

A report of a motor vehicle crash with property damage less than $1,000 at 200 Essex St. at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday.

Complaints

A report of hazardous conditions on Ellis Road at 6:41 a.m. on Wednesday; at 610 Humphrey St. at 8:56 a.m. on Wednesday.

A report of a con or scam at Stop & Shop, 450 Paradise Road, at 10:15 a.m. on Wednesday.

A report of shoplifting at Marshalls, 1005 Paradise Road, at 10:59 a.m. on Wednesday.

A report of suspicious activity at 18 Longwood Drive at 11:56 a.m. on Wednesday.

A report of a disturbance at the train depot, 10 Railroad Ave., at 12:41 a.m. on Thursday.
