MARBLEHEAD
Complaints
A report of a pedestrian in the crosswalk at 8:21 a.m. Friday on Elm Street. A caller reported she was in the crosswalk earlier that morning with her kindergarten-aged son. A truck stopped to let them cross when a white BMW SUV reportedly drove around the truck and nearly hit them. At that point, the caller said the woman rolled down her window and began berating her.
A report of a man with a sign hitchhiking at 1:26 p.m. Saturday at Pleasant Street and Bubier Road. A caller reported an 80-year-old man was hitchhiking with a small sign. Police told the man to stay out of the road and about the many ride services that are available to him.
A report of suspicious activity at 8:43 p.m. Saturday on Tioga Way. A caller reported he was out walking his dog when he passed another man with a ski mask on. When he approached the man in the ski mask, he said the man began walking toward him. The caller got scared and ran home. Police reported the Little Theater was doing a performance of “Frozen” and the man may have been outside in character.
A report of a disturbance at 11:22 p.m. Saturday on Rowland Street. A caller reported she saw a man attempt to enter her neighbor’s car and then run away.

James Butler, 24, of 2 Aborn St., was arrested and charged with two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, malicious destruction of property, disorderly conduct and assault to maim at 5:54 p.m. Friday.
Samuel Cordero, 44, of 5 Union St., Apt. 2, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at 11:57 p.m. Friday.
Matthew J. Harris, 35, of 9 Littles Lane, Apt. 3, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, OUI drugs and leaving the scene of property damage at 9:44 p.m. Friday.
George H. Hasiotis, 52, of 14 Madison Ave., was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a police officer and obstruction of justice at 9:44 p.m. Friday.
Travis Wayne Sangster, 26, of 90 Aborn St., Apt. 1L, was arrested and charged with Class A drug possession at 4:55 p.m. Friday.

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 3:11 p.m. Friday at 80 Gardner St.; at 9:44 p.m. Friday on Harrison Avenue. A car into a house was reported with the driver running away from the scene. A K9 tracking brought officers to 14 Madison where a shed door was found open with a light on, which the homeowner said should not have been the case. Breaking and Entering
A report of a breaking and entering at 4:18 a.m. Sunday at 1A Baldwin St. A possible break-in to the residence was reported with a Page Street resident also reporting someone may have been in her house. Two juveniles were seen running away to Prospect Street, where they were found and both arrested.

A caller reported she found her car was stolen after leaving Buddha’s Tavern at 1:07 a.m. Saturday at 14 Hancock St. Police reported the caller just didn’t know where the car was parked, which was found on Washington Street in front of Kelley Square Pub.
A report of suspicious activity at 3:06 a.m. Saturday at Burlington Coat Factory at 310 Andover St. An officer was flagged down and told about someone lying down on the street. State Police handled the incident.
A suspicious person in St. Mary’s Cemetery on Margin Street was reported at 11:52 a.m. Saturday.
Suspicious activity regarding a man with jeans and dark sunglasses approaching cars and threatening to break windows was reported at 12:44 p.m. Saturday at CVS at 174 Main St.
A resident reported suspicious activity after seeing a man with gray hair relieving himself in the parking lot at 12:53 p.m. Saturday at Tannery Two at 12 Crowninshield St. Police reported the man was gone before their arrival.
A tip came into police about dogs barking day and night at 1:48 p.m. Saturday on Allen Road. The message came into the department’s phone app, urging police to get the barking to stop as it wakes the kids up.
Two suspicious motor vehicles with the windows rolled up and the occupants possibly involved in drug transactions was reported at 2:45 p.m. Saturday at Oak Grove Cemetery at 52A Pine St. The cars were gone before police arrived.
A caller was upset over his neighbor’s behavior at 5:14 p.m. Saturday at Terrace Estates Garage at 152 Shore Drive. The caller said the neighbors were swearing loudly and their 10-year-old child was exposing himself while using the woods as a bathroom.
A unruly guest in the bar was reportedly refusing to leave at 6:04 p.m. Saturday at Sylvan Street Grille at 12 Sylvan St. The unwanted person walked away from the place carrying a guitar and was later taken to a family member’s house.
A caller reported she thought someone was trying to open her door from outside at 3:53 a.m. Sunday at Malcon Management at 95 Main St. Police reported the dog was barking, but the call was unfounded.
