Saugus trash and recycling pick-up delayed for Patriots’ Day

SAUGUS — Trash and recycling collection will run on a one-day delay from Tuesday, April 16 through Saturday, April 20 due to the observance of Patriots’ Day.

There will be no collection on Monday, April 15. Services will resume on a one-day delay from Tuesday, April 16 through Saturday, April 20.

Residents whose collection day falls on Monday will be collected on Tuesday. Collection will continue to run on a one-day delay for the remainder of the week.

The compost site will be open normal hours on Wednesday, April 17 and Saturday, April 20 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
