A caller reported she returned to her Washington Street home at 12:54 p.m. on Thursday and there was a woman parked in the driveway area taking photos.
A walk-in reported at 1:39 p.m. on Thursday that he fell for a sweepstakes scam and is missing money from his account.
A caller reported she believes she has a stalker at 4:51 p.m. on Thursday.
A caller reported teenagers running through the cemetery near West Shore Drive and causing a disturbance at 9:58 p.m. on Thursday. Responding officers were unable to locate the described teenagers.

Higor Fialho Jr., 21, of 98 Hastings St., Lowell, was summoned following a motor vehicle crash at Bunghole Liquors at 79 Lowell St. on Thursday at 5:43 p.m. and charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Report of a motor vehicle hit and run crash at 2 Sylvan at 225 Andover St. on Thursday at 6:16 p.m. North Andover Police Department notified, but the suspect’s vehicle was not in the driveway. Victim said the suspect was a woman with blonde hair. She was able to reach the suspect vehicle’s owner, who said her daughter was driving her vehicle, but refused to provide name. Officer reported vehicle owner will be summoned for leaving the scene of an accident with property damage.

Well-being check requested on Friday at 2:53 a.m. for Joseph Severino, 51, of 24 Mount Pleasant Drive, by his brother in Pennsylvania who said he has been out of touch for more than a year. Officer reports no answer at the door. Checked later and Severino is fine and he will call his brother.

A dispute was reported at iFixPhones on Friday at 10:54 a.m. between a customer and a store clerk. Officer arrived and the matter was settled and customer was given a refund.
