Accident
A report of a three-car crash at 5:50 p.m. Wednesday in front of the Tedesco Country Club on Tedesco Street.
Complaints
An erratic operator was reported at 8:04 a.m. Wednesday at Humphrey Street and Broughton Road. A caller reported a commercial vehicle with a ladder on top stopped to let her pull out into the street. But she said when the truck stopped, she waved and went to turn left when a gold sedan heading inbound passed the truck. The man driving the sedan reportedly was “crazy screaming” and accelerated by the stopped truck. She said the man stopped when he saw her, slamming his brakes and screeching the tires, while racing toward downtown.
A caller called 911 to ask if the buses were running on a regular route that day at 9:03 a.m. Wednesday on Franklin Street.
A caller reported at 3:14 p.m. Wednesday on Washington Street that she got a ticket the day before for a two-hour parking violation, but thought it was only enforced because a business owner complained so she could have a space in front of her shop. She said the person’s car had been parked all day in the same spot in violation of the two-hour parking.
A caller reported she had been scammed at 3:32 p.m. Wednesday on Wyman Road. She mailed in a form to MetLife based on a letter received in February in regards to a life insurance policy taken on by her husband.
A caller reported a man driving a gray Nissan sped up and tried to hit him while riding his bike at 6:56 p.m. Wednesday on School Street. The car reportedly got within a foot of him and then revved the engine and sped off.
A report of cyber bullying at 9:29 p.m. Wednesday on West Shore Drive. A girl walked into the police station to report she was the victim of cyber bullying and was advised to reach out to the school resource officer because some of the issues have occurred at the high school.

Arrests
Christopher J. Campochiaro, 40, of 159 Main St., Apt. 49B, Stoneham, was arrested on a warrant after a police officer noticed him sitting behind the wheel of a vehicle in the Peabody Police Department parking lot on Allens Lane on Tuesday at 3:57 p.m. Officer requested EMS assistance but reports the man refused medical attention. He is charged with possession of a Class E drug.
Valnir Silva, 50, of 70 Sierra Road, Hyde Park, was arrested in the Peabody Police Department lobby on Tuesday at 6:05 p.m. on Allens Lane on a warrant from another community.
Randy A. Michaud, 44, of 48 Newcastle Road, was arrested on Tuesday at 11:04 p.m. on an out of town warrant.
Summons
Rosilene Jordao Lessa Ferreira, 57, of 1121 Avalon Drive, was summoned following a motor vehicle stop at the Peabody City Garage at 50 Farm Ave. on Tuesday at 8:45 p.m. for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officer reported vehicle was to be towed by Four Star Towing, but the vehicle was released to a licensed operator when the company was paid on scene.
Jaime Sanchez Mendoza, 22, of 369 Essex St., Lynn, was summoned following a traffic stop at 1 Warren St. on Tuesday at 10:19 p.m. for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to use care when turning.

Caller from 15 Jordan Road reports his 10-year-old domestic short-haired cat named Kitty is missing on Wednesday at 2:06 p.m. The neutered, brown, male tabby was last seen near Jordan Road on April 24. Animal is microchipped, but lacks a collar.

A report of a motor vehicle crash with personal injury at 5:33 p.m. Wednesday on Edison Street. A three-car crash was reported in the area of Walnut and Edison streets. Two people were taken to Salem Hospital and one person was taken to Union Hospital.

A caller reported a gray and white cat with a black collar was wandering between her home and First Avenue at 9:36 a.m. Wednesday at 391 Lincoln Ave. Animal Control was notified.
A report of suspicious activity at 6:42 p.m. Wednesday at Wood Spring Suites Signature at 832 Broadway. A caller reported a man was actively trying to break into her vehicle through a window. Police responded and were unable to locate the suspect.
Police were alerted by a Bank of America alarm that there were unknown people in the bank at 7:55 p.m. Wednesday at 1093 Broadway. Police reported the people were technicians and were told to wait until a key holder arrived on site to let them back into the building.
A report of a suspicious person at 8:35 p.m. Wednesday at 32 Parker St. A caller reported she was letting her dog out in her backyard when she saw a man standing in her yard with a pit bull. The man left toward Summer Street. When police found the man, he went to retrieve his lost property and was sent on his way. His story checked out.
