Arrests

William Corbett, of 121 North Common St., was arrested on a warrant charge for possession of a Class A drug at 12:03 p.m. on Thursday.

Randy Seang, 22, of 178 Chestnut St., was arrested on a warrant charge for armed assault to rob and charged with a straight warrant at 8:07 p.m. on Thursday.

Taylore Spring was arrested on warrant charges of leaving the scene of property damage and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 11:37 a.m. on Thursday.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle crash at Walmart, 780 Lynnway, at 2:21 p.m. on Thursday; at Market Basket, 40 Federal St., at 3:51 p.m. on Thursday; at Broadway and Pendexter Street at 6:12 p.m. on Thursday; at 132 Central Ave. at 7:52 p.m. on Thursday; at 56 Hanover St. at 11:55 p.m. on Thursday; at Euclid and Magnolia avenues at 7:57 a.m. on Friday.

A report of a motor vehicle crash with personal injury at Boston and Marion streets at 3:20 p.m. on Thursday.

A report of a police motor vehicle crash at 300 Washington St. at 6:34 a.m. on Friday.

Assaults

A report of an assault and battery at 285 Lynn Shore Drive at 2:50 p.m. on Thursday.

A report of an assault at 21 Pacific St. at 11:18 p.m. on Thursday.

A report of an unwelcome guest at 25 Hamilton Ave. at 10:37 a.m. on Thursday; at 798 Summer St. at 11:28 p.m. on Thursday; at 50 Lynnway at 2:44 a.m. on Friday.

A report of possible gunshots at 8 Jackson St. at 4:27 a.m. on Friday.

Theft

A report of shoplifting at Stop & Shop, 35 Washington St., at 1:34 p.m. on Thursday; at Compare Supermarket, 2 Adams St., at 7:39 p.m. on Thursday.

A report of a motor vehicle theft at 169 Alley St. at 6:17 p.m. on Thursday.

A report of a larceny at 502 Chatham St. at 7:20 p.m. on Thursday; at 40 Bow Ridge Road at 9:58 a.m. on Friday; at 40 Federal St. at 10:08 a.m. on Friday; at 26 Newhall St. at 12:54 p.m. on Friday.

A report of a robbery at 183 Lewis St. at 10:48 p.m. on Thursday; at 2 Kingsley Terrace at 4:58 a.m. on Friday.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism to a motor vehicle at 200 Locust St. at 6:53 a.m. on Friday; at 19 Howard St. at 8:04 a.m. on Friday.

LYNNFIELD

Summons

Steven J. Rayworth, 42, of 149 Main St., Saugus, was summoned on Thursday at 10:20 p.m. following a call from Banana Republic at 1515 Market St. about a suspicious person. He was charged with possession of a Class A drug.

Alarms

Accidental holdup alarm sounded at the Wakefield Cooperative Bank on Thursday at 7:03 a.m. Officer confirmed it was an accident.

Hang up 911 call received from the Summer Street School at 10:41 a.m. Officer spoke with school and the call was an accident.

Report of an accidental burglar alarm on Thursday at 2:20 p.m. at 3 Suntaug St. Officer confirmed it was an accident.

Door alarm sounded at the Lynnfield Middle School on Friday at 2:25 a.m. Officer reports building appears secure.

Complaints

Motorist locked out of a vehicle at Whole Foods Market at 100 Market St. on Thursday at 8:46 a.m. Lynnfield Fire Department assisted.

Caller from 635 Lowell St. reported his neighbor’s landscaper dumped yard debris on his property on Thursday at 10 a.m. Officer reports he spoke to all parties and they agreed to get along.

Resident at 82 Summer St. reported a neighbor is throwing debris in her yard on Thursday at 4:58 p.m.

Property check requested at the Lynnfield Middle School in Friday at 12:23 a.m.

Medical Aid

Request for medical assistance at Lynnfield High School on Thursday at 12:35 p.m. Patient taken to Winchester Hospital.

Ambulance requested at Sunrise Assisted Living at 55 Salem St., Apt. 119 on Thursday at 1:42 p.m. Patient taken to Winchester Hospital.

MARBLEHEAD

Accident

A caller reported a minor motor vehicle crash at Shepard and Jersey streets at 5:39 p.m. on Thursday.

Complaints

At 8:07 a.m. on Thursday, a call came in asking to speak to a detective. The caller stated he was having trouble with someone who potentially stole money.

A caller reported loud music at a construction site on Preston Beach Road at 10:33 a.m. on Thursday.

A caller reported a scam call at 11:31 a.m. on Thursday from someone claiming to be from the Social Security Administration.

A caller reported a scam call at 11:34 a.m. on Thursday from someone claiming to be from Medicare talking about a new cancer screening.

A walk-in reported graffiti on the tennis wall at Seaside Park on Wyman Road at 12:46 p.m. on Thursday.

A caller reported an erratic operator on Atlantic Avenue at 4:43 p.m. on Thursday. They stated the driver almost hit a pedestrian.

PEABODY

Summons

Christine Oliveria, 32, was summoned following a traffic stop at the Higgins Middle School on Perkins Street on Thursday at 7:54 a.m. for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and was cited for a seatbelt and drop off violation.

Accidents

Motor vehicle crash reported on Wednesday at 3:25 p.m. at 357 Lowell St. and 64 Proctor Circle. Operators exchanged information.

Report of a motor vehicle crash at 291 Lynnfield St. on Wednesday at 4:51 p.m. Officer reports no injuries or tows, will document.

Report of a motor vehicle crash at 260 Washington St. and 2 Hourihan St. on Wednesday at 5:45 p.m. Officer assisted with paperwork exchange.

Report of a minor motor vehicle crash on Thursday at 9:04 a.m. at 57 Northend St. Officer on scene.

Minor motor vehicle crash at Perfect Parties at 147 Summit St. on Thursday at 10:34 a.m. Officer assisted with paperwork exchange.

Animal Control

Landlord from 13 Swampscott Ave. reported his first floor tenant has a dog, violating the lease on Thursday at 9:53 a.m. Animal control officer advised him that this is a civil matter, but will follow up to see if the animal was licensed and vaccinated. An order to license was sent and, as a courtesy, a license form, and a copy of the leash law were included.

Lost dog reported by owner at 2 Meredith Road on Thursday at 10:28 a.m. The pet, Brady, escaped when her toddler opened the door. On callback, she confirmed the dog had been located. She was warned to license the dog by the animal control officer and a warning with a license application will be sent.

Caller from 2 Dana Road reports his lost cat, Sam, may have been spotted on Thursday at 10:50 a.m. He wants to know if the animal control officer had received any calls on it. He was advised she had not heard anything but took a detailed description and suggested he call the microchip company to report the cat as missing. Sam has been missing since a house fire in March and owner has received calls about sightings of Sam since then.

Report of a pit bull off leash at the Peabody Dog Park charged two dogs on Thursday at 12:50 p.m. Animal control officer reports that she had advised the pit bull owner to use the dog park and that the animal is very nice.

Animal control officer reported checking on the well-being of a calf at 278 Farm Ave. on Thursday at 2:12 p.m. Officer reports the calf, and all of the other animals, were in good health and had access to food, water and shelter. No further action required.

Complaints

Lahey Hospital & Medical Center at 1 Essex Drive reported a bag containing prescription drugs on Wednesday at 3:40 p.m. Officer reports the bag was gone upon arrival of police.

The New York Department of Children & Families requested a well-being check on Wednesday at 4:15 p.m. for a family that recently moved to Peabody and wants to make sure they are OK. Officer reports no one was at home.

Caller reports an old BMW without plates has been parked on Sherman Street for more than three months and is not owned by anyone in the neighborhood on Wednesday at 4:17 p.m. Officer located vehicle owner and said the car was recently purchased and is making arrangements to park it in a friend’s driveway.

Resident of 7 Rainbow Road requested a check of his property after a neighbor told him there’s a suspicious man sitting with shaggy brown hair, in wind pants and black T-shirt on his front steps on Wednesday at 4:58 p.m. Man left on foot towards Lynn Street. Officer met neighbor at the house and checked the area but he was gone upon arrival of police.

Well-being check requested for a man in his 30s or 40s stumbling on Central Street and being held up by a companion on Wednesday at 5:20 p.m. He is wearing a black leather jacket. Officer checked the area and could not locate anyone fitting that description.

Dog and child locked in a vehicle at the Peabody Dog Park at 34 Perkins St. on Wednesday at 5:31 p.m. Officer gained entry without incident.

Report of a suspicious red mini van, smoking and with heavy front end damage, on Lowell Street driving westbound towards Route 128 from Peabody Square on Wednesday at 5:38 p.m. Be-on-the-lookout issued to all officers, gone upon police arrival.

Resident of 14 Judith Road reported she came home and heard noises on Wednesday at 6:12 p.m. Reporting party is on Peabody Road in a blue Ford Runner. Home checked out OK.

First floor tenant reported an intoxicated person on Thursday at 1:32 a.m. at 57 Endicott St. Officer reports the man was not drunk but lost his keys. Man located keys and all is OK.

Tractor trailer reported in the middle of Amy Road on Thursday at 1:58 a.m. Officer said the trailer contains furniture for a person moving in the morning.

Strong gas odor reported on Thursday at 11:29 a.m. at Eaton Apothecary at 2 Centennial Drive, Apt. 1A. Officer reports building evacuation in process. National Grid and Peabody Fire Department on scene.
