Gary Freeman, 23, of 9 Shepard St., was arrested and charged with armed robbery, assault with a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, failure to stop for police, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle and speeding at 3:14 a.m. Tuesday.
Jonathan Simon, 26, of 100 Willow St., was arrested on warrant charges of two counts of disorderly conduct at 8:21 p.m. Monday.
Yohan Tomas-Nolasco, of 18 Ingalls St., was arrested on warrant charges of three counts of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, two counts of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, two counts of OUI liquor, possession of liquor by a person under 21 and leaving the scene of property damage at 3:30 p.m. Monday.

A caller reported she side-swiped a vehicle on Maple Street at 8:38 a.m. on Monday. She stated she left a note on the car and wanted the police department to be aware.
Complaints
A caller reported a student left the Bell School, on Baldwin Road, at 8:52 a.m. on Monday. They stated the kid was wearing Batman pajama pants and no shoes. Two faculty members left to find the student at 9:01 a.m. and located the kid at 9:04 a.m., with a police escort back to the school; at 11:17 a.m. on Monday, a faculty member from the school called back and said the same student left the school again. At 11:20 a.m., faculty members surrounded the student who managed to climb a fence into a pumping station. Responding officers called National Grid to get them on scene and cut the lock with bolt cutters. By 11:40 a.m., faculty had the student.
A caller reported she was watching a house on Thompson Road for her cousin who is away. She stated she got to the house at 4:11 p.m. on Monday to find all the china missing from the dining room. Responding officers arrived and took down a report.
A caller reported he found a threatening note in his backpack on Prince Street at 8:41 p.m. on Monday.
A caller reported a possible drunk driver on Smith Street at 1:05 a.m. on Tuesday. First responders arrived and found the driver passed out and they transported him to North Shore Medical Center.

Hit and run crash reported at 9R Tremont St. on Monday at 8:46 a.m. Officer reports license plate number was taken which was traced to a stolen vehicle.

Caller from Salem Five Savings Bank at 19 Central St. reports a person is trapped inside the ATM vestibule on Sunday at 8:50 p.m. Officer reports the customer was released and bank notified.
Noise complaint at 111 Central St. on Sunday at 8:50 p.m. Officer reports music was turned off.
Desk clerk reports a dispute with a truck driver over money owed at J&H Truck Repair on Sunday at 8:57 p.m. Officer reports driver paid the amount due and the matter was resolved.
Resident reports an infrared light pointed at her car at 70 Lynn St., unsure of where it came from on Sunday at 10:38 p.m. Officers checked the area and reported there was nothing out of the ordinary.

Evripides N. Kodomanolis, 33, of 44 Brookvale St., Lynn, was arrested and charged with second offense of operating under the influence of liquor, two counts of possession of a Class E drug, and marked lanes violation.
Uriel Lopez-Lopez, 29, of 37 Blakeley St., Lynn, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Shaunai Y. Paulding, 35, of 31 Hewins St., Dorchester, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class A drug and weapon law violations for carrying a knife.
