Multiple callers reported a motor vehicle crash at Lafayette and Birch streets at 11:53 a.m. on Tuesday. Two people were transported to North Shore Medical Center.
Complaints
A caller reported a truck parked in the handicapped spot in front of Dunkin’ Donuts, Pleasant Street, at 8:04 a.m. on Tuesday. Responding officers found the driver of the truck was handicapped, he just didn’t have his placard.
A caller from Marblehead High School, on Humphrey Street, reported that a student’s car was vandalized at 1:32 p.m. on Tuesday.
A nail salon employee, on Pleasant Street, called to report at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday that he and his staff have been receiving suspicious/harassing phone calls the last few days.
A caller reported at 6:49 p.m. on Tuesday that she witnessed two male parties on her porch covering up her security camera. She stated she didn’t know who they were. Responding officers believed the two men were solicitors.

Peter L. Croke, 57, of 108 Newbury St., Apt. 1409, Danvers, was arrested at Kappy’s Liquors at 175 Andover St. on Monday at 4:50 p.m. following a be on the lookout call from the Danvers Police Department for a silver Mitsubishi driven by a man in his 40s who appeared to be intoxicated and left the Kappy’s parking lot headed toward Route 114 in Peabody. He was charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle and operating under the influence of alcohol. Vehicle towed by Mallia’s Towing.

Thanh Nga Thi Pham, 55, of 1 Whitney Drive, was summoned on Monday at 11:17 p.m. following a motor vehicle stop at 2 Berry and 31 Warren streets for operating an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle.

Caller from the Holiday Inn at 1 Newbury St. reports he found a small amount of a controlled substance in his Hertz rental car, a silver Ford Fusion, on Monday at 4:36 p.m. Caller notified Hertz who asked him to call police.
Road rage incident reported on Mason Street on Monday at 7:50 p.m. Caller said two people on mopeds tried to attack the operator of a gold sedan as he got out of his vehicle. Party got back inside the vehicle and fled towards Washington Street. Officer checked the area but was unable to locate parties.
Report of a loud stomping coming from a tenant at 2233 Avalon Drive on Monday at 8:58 p.m. Caller said the noise was in retaliation to a previous complaint made to management. Officers spoke with all parties who agreed to keep it down for the night. Meeting with management is scheduled for Tuesday.
Caller reports a woman hit her over the head and took his belongings at the Essex Center Drive on Monday at 5:37 p.m. She is described as wearing a red top and jeans and is running toward the Northshore Mall. Officer spoke with the reporting party who was standing next to a woman wearing a red top and jeans. He told police he did not call 911 and everything was OK.
Employee of TD Bank on Main Street reported she was threatened by a woman who lives in the area after refusing to share a cigarette with her on Monday at 5:37 p.m. Caller said she is concerned the woman will do something to her vehicle if she returns to work. Officer will document.
An unattended trailer was reported parked at the 7-Eleven on Main Street on Monday at 9:01 a.m. Officer reports owner was ticketed for leaving the vehicle for more than five minutes.
Corkscrew Liquors at 23 Central St. reports employee theft of lottery scratch tickets totaling more than $72,000 over the past year on Tuesday at 10:45 a.m. Officer documented incident and summoned the employee.
