A caller reported at 7:50 a.m. on Thursday that his next door neighbor on Marion Road has had an RV in his driveway for two or three years. He stated the RV blocks the sidewalk and sticks out into the street. Responding officers spoke with the RV owner and they agreed to move it.
A caller reported an aggressive driver on West Shore Drive at 9:23 a.m. on Thursday. She stated that on Wednesday afternoon her son was riding his bike near the Garden Center when a man honked aggressively at him.
A caller reported at 1:23 p.m. on Thursday that her mother received an attempted scam call from someone claiming to be from National Grid.

Suspicious person reportedly rang the bell at 32 Highland St. on Wednesday at 6:58 p.m. and is standing on the front steps. Officer said the person is a roofing contractor trying to speak to the homeowner but they were not home.
Caller reports residents of the apartment building at Abbott and Aborn streets are putting carriages on the street to reserve their parking space on Wednesday at 10:27 p.m. Department of Public Works contacted to remove the carriages.
Report of a road rage incident on Route 1 North on Wednesday at 11:31 p.m. Call transferred to the Massachusetts State Police. One party got out of their car and kicked the other driver. They got back into their vehicles and stopped again on Route 114 in Danvers. Officers checked the area but the vehicles were gone upon arrival.
Loud noise reported coming from 21 Caller St., Apt. 207 on Thursday at 12:54 p.m. Officer said that the landlord was able to enter the apartment and lower the volume.
