LYNN — A 38-year-old Lynn man was arrested on drug trafficking charges after $4,100 worth of cocaine and heroin was found at his Washington Street home on Wednesday morning, police said.
Juan Pablo Luna Percel was charged with cocaine trafficking 36-plus grams and Class A drug distribution.
At approximately 6 a.m., State Police, Lynn Police and the Drug Enforcement Administration executed a search warrant at 85 Washington St. and seized 36 grams of cocaine and five grams of heroin or fentanyl, Lynn Police Lt. Michael Kmiec said.
