Resident reported an accidental burglar alarm was triggered on Tuesday at 6:55 p.m. at 11 Alexandra Road.

Caller reported a solicitor is going door-to-door in the Lynnbrook Road neighborhood on Tuesday at 2:25 p.m. Officer spoke with the man and advised him to get a permit at Town Hall.
Report of a school bus unable to get down Highland Avenue on Tuesday at 2:49 p.m. Officer reports bus was able to get out.
Caller reported a suspicious gray or silver four door sedan driving slowly around the Sylvan Circle neighborhood on Tuesday at 7:33 p.m. Officer reports no such vehicle can be found.

MARBLEHEAD
Complaints
A caller reported at 12:15 p.m. on Tuesday that her car was keyed on Monday on Ramsay Road.
A caller from the Board of Health reported at 12:20 p.m. on Tuesday that a trash truck pulled down a limb which pulled some wires down on Sewall Street. At 12:32 p.m. the Light Department reported the tree was rotted and was resting up against the secondary at the time. By 2:12 p.m., the tree department cleared the scene and the road was back open.
A caller reported at 1:10 p.m. on Tuesday that a cement truck just took down the power lines on Crestwood Road. At 1:20 p.m., Electric Light reported the pole was down and people were trying to drive over the live wires. By 2:10 p.m. they reported they would be able to open the road shortly.
A caller reported at 1:36 p.m. on Tuesday that he was selling an item on Craigslist and began communicating with someone interested in buying it. He stated each time he got an email reply, it came from a different email and he realized it was a scam.
A caller reported at 5:33 p.m. on Tuesday that employees of a Marblehead market on Pleasant Street took her phone. A witness called in at 5:38 p.m. and stated it did not appear as though someone took the caller’s phone.
At 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday, a walk-in reported a road rage incident involving two teenage occupants at Smith Street and Pleasant Street. She stated the other vehicle pulled up beside her while she was going 30 mph and started yelling and swearing at her, pulled up on her bumper and continued to honk the horn. She stated her son was in the car and he was also scared so she drove right to the police station.
A caller reported at 6:37 p.m. on Tuesday that his wife was being harassed.
A caller reported at 6:48 p.m. on Tuesday that someone removed the umbrella from a table in their Stratford Road yard. Responding officers reported the wind did the damage, not a vandalizer.
A caller reported loud music near Atlantic Avenue and Eisenhower Road at 9:39 p.m. on Tuesday. Responding officers were unable to locate any loud noise.
A caller reported a loud party on Prospect Street at 11:54 p.m. on Tuesday. Responding officers reported the party was stopped prior to their arrival.
A caller reported at 12:05 a.m. on Wednesday that their State Street neighbor was listening to their television too loud. Responding officers reported the area was quiet upon arrival.

Arrest
Thomas J. Connors, 34, of 280 Washington St., Apt. A was arrested on Wednesday at 8:37 a.m. and charged with assault and battery on a household member, intimidating a witness, and malicious destruction of property in excess of $1,200.

Osselito Jean-Baptiste, 34, of 153 May St., Lawrence was summoned on Tuesday at 4:58 p.m. following a motor vehicle stop on Crowninshield Street and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and equipment violation.
Duarte Welton Moreno, 41, of 33 Tracey St. was summoned on Tuesday at 6:05 p.m. following a traffic stop at the Salem Five Savings Bank at 19 Central St. for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Vehicle released to a licensed operator.
Juan L. Paulino, 40, of 21 Bowditch St. was summoned on Wednesday at 2:41 p.m. following a traffic stop at 10 Bowditch St. for operating a motor vehicle without a license.
Accidents
Motor vehicle crash reported at 243 Washington St. and 1 Allens Lane on Tuesday at 3:29 p.m. Operator ticketed for a marked lanes violation and an improper turn.
A 911 caller reported a very minor motor vehicle crash on Tuesday at 3:59 p.m. at Pilgrim Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center at 96 Forest St. Caller said she was from out of state and was uncertain of protocols in Massachusetts. Dispatcher advised her to exchange information with the other operator and she said police assistance was unnecessary.
Report of a two-car motor vehicle crash at 291 Lynnfield St. on Tuesday at 6:34 p.m. Operator of motor vehicle two was taken to Salem. No tows, officer will document.
Woman called Tuesday at 6:55 p.m. to report a motor vehicle crash which occurred on June 8 at 550 Lowell and 232 Newbury streets. Officer will document.
Motor vehicle into a tree reported on Wednesday at 9:03 a.m. at 16 Broad St. Officer reports operator taken to Salem Hospital.

Report of a tree down at 40 Walsh St. on Tuesday at 7:17 p.m. Officer reports the tree appears to be on property owned by the Peabody Housing Authority and the reporting party was advised to call them in the morning.
Caller from 3 Coolidge Road reported a friend was staying in her basement apartment but no longer wants her there on Tuesday at 8:34 p.m. Officer reports the tenant was taken to Salerm Hospital following a panic attack.
Disturbance reported at 25 Bartholomew St. on Wednesday at 3:45 a.m. of people being loud in a van parked in front of the home. Officer spoke to the three parties and advised them to quiet down.

Unresponsive woman reported at 286 Newbury St., Apt. 48 on Wednesday at 2:21 a.m. Officer reports she was taken to Union Hospital.
