Wilfido Chavez-Lopez, 24, of 665 Western Ave. was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, child under six without a carseat, and refusing to identify himself. He was also arrested on warrant charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, operating under the influence of liquor, leaving the scene of property damage, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, resisting arrest, furnishing false identification information, leaving the scene of property damage, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Sarah Fialho, 32, of 66 Johnson St., was arrested on warrant charges.
Sean Kallelis, 29, of 4 Ledgewood Way, Peabody, was arrested and charged with receiving a stolen motor vehicle and warrant charges of shoplifting.

Officer requested at 1 Heritage Lane on Friday at 12:07 a.m. Caller reports father of a juvenile came to the door asking to speak with his son. But the son is not at home and now the dad is sitting in his truck on the corner of the street waiting for his son to arrive. At 12:34 a.m. the man in the truck said he is being followed by the resident of Heritage Lane up and down Main St. The reporting party came to the station to speak to an officer.
