Deylis Encarnacion, of 42 Adams St., was arrested on warrant charges of four counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, two counts of armed assault to murder, two counts of unlawful possession of ammo without a firearm identification card, assault with a dangerous weapon, discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building and carrying a gun or weapon at 5:43 p.m. Tuesday.
Desiree Lucius, 35, of 194 North St., Salem, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, leaving the scene of personal injury, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and on warrant charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and assault and battery on a police officer at 7:42 p.m. Tuesday.
Maximilano Macario, 38, of 23 Manson St., was arrested and charged with malicious damage to a motor vehicle, Class B drug distribution, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, number plate violation and Class A drug possession at 6:40 p.m. Tuesday.
Deng Monykuc, 29, of 498 Essex St., was arrested on warrant charges of disorderly conduct and shoplifting by asportation at 4:27 p.m. Tuesday.
Jancarlos Oquendo, 26, of 34 South Elm St., was arrested and charged with trafficking more than 10 grams of fentanyl, possession of a firearm without a firearm identification card, Class A drug possession with intent to distribute, Class D drug possession with intent to distribute, Class E drug possession with intent to distribute, firearm use in a felony, unlawful improper storage of a firearm and reckless endangerment to a child at 3:45 p.m. Tuesday.
Rodney Robinson, 34, of 57 Baker St., was arrested and charged with motor vehicle lights violation, failure to stop for police, no inspection/sticker, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, fugitive from justice on court and on warrant charges of breaking and entering for a misdemeanor and assault on a family/household member at 2:48 a.m. Wednesday.

Animal Control
Caller reported a deer was struck by a motor vehicle at 427 Main St. and 3 Whitmore Lane on Tuesday at 8:39 a.m. Animal control officer contacted and animal moved to the side of the road.
Officer reports a deer was moved from the side of the road to the sidewalk on Wednesday at 5 a.m. at 330 Walnut St. and 1 Alexandra St. and animal control officer contacted.

Motor vehicle was impounded following a traffic stop at 100 Walnut and 425 Market streets on Tuesday at 11:40 a.m. Officer reports driver has revoked registration. A walk-in reported at 12:38 p.m. on Tuesday that she is being harassed by her neighbor.
A caller reported at 2:18 p.m. on Tuesday that he was watching his Nest camera and saw three people go into his house. He stated he thought they were the window washers but couldn’t get a hold of his wife to confirm. Responding officers confirmed it was in fact the window washers.
A caller from a store on Washington Street reported three girls shoplifting at 4:08 p.m. on Tuesday.
A caller reported loud music on Sewall Street at 6:26 a.m. on Wednesday. Responding officers found it was a group of people “jamming out to Taylor Swift.”

Jeffrey M. Bourque, 48, of 27 Ellen St., Lynn, was arrested on Tuesday at Paradigm Precision at 1 Second St. at 3:15 p.m. following a courtesy request from the Parole Department.
Richard Alfred Diorio III, 27, of 6 Sachem Road, was arrested on Wednesday at 12:52 p.m. following a motor vehicle stop at the YMCA at 259 Lynnfield St. and charged with operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle and attaching plates Tuesday at Paradigm Precision at 1 Second St. at 3:15 p.m. following a courtesy request from the Parole Department.

Devin Lofton, 20, of 83 Endicott St., was summoned following a call from Pastricia Sorell that her vehicle was missing and her nephew, Devin, was the only other person with access to it on Wednesday at 12:11 a.m.
Moises Lopez, 35, of 65 Broad St., Lynn, was summoned following a motor vehicle crash at Route 128 South and 2 Newbury St. on Wednesday at 1:25 p.m. and charged with allowing the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Four Star Service Inc. from 134R Newbury St. called to say they took a man from the barracks who had urinated on himself and refuses to leave on Tuesday at 3:54 p.m. Officer reports the man was taken to Lahey Hospital & Medical Center by Atlantic Ambulance.
Fight in progress reported at Barnes & Noble between a man and a woman on Tuesday at 6:10 p.m. Man was described as in his 20s wearing jeans, a navy blue sweatshirt, and a black backpack with brown leather strap. Officer found the man, he checked out and returned to his car and left the mall.
Caller from 47 Glendale Ave. reported mother and juvenile continue bullying on social media on Tuesday at 6:22 p.m. Officer will document and forward report to school resource officer.
Resident of 16 Heath St. reported a suspicious man on her property for 20 minutes looking in the windows on Wednesday at 8:32 a.m. He is described as in his 60s, gray hair with glasses and a striped shirt. Officer talked with the man who is an employee of CMC Energy hired by the homeowner.
