PORTLAND, OR — Lynn Community Television (LCTV) is winning awards at the Alliance for Community Media Hometown Media Awards in Portland. A LCTV Facebook post featured pictures of a smiling Director of Operations David Riley Jr. and News Director Mukala Kabongo displaying plaques Thursday recognizing the Union Street-based public access cable station for coverage of the Beyond Walls public mural initiative and Olympic boxers training in Lynn.
