LYNN — Police responded to a call at around 10:50 Friday night about a stabbing victim on the third floor of an apartment complex at 119 Lewis St. in Lynn.
The department reports the man was stabbed multiple times and was taken to Massachusetts General Hospital.
Jerome Childs, 52, of 119 Lewis St., was arrested in connection with the stabbing and charged with assault to murder and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
An investigation is ongoing and no other information is available at this time.
