LYNN — A three-month joint local, state and federal investigation into the distribution and trafficking of street level narcotics throughout the city of Lynn has resulted in the arrests of 33 people, police said.
A majority of the arrests were made this week and charges have been sought against four more people in what authorities are calling “Operation No Doze 2.” Those additional four suspects remain at-large and their names have not been released, Lynn Police Lt. Michael Kmiec said.
The investigation, which resulted in the seizure of heroin, fentanyl, crack cocaine, and cash was conducted by members of the Lynn Police Drug Task Force, Lynn Police Gang Unit, Massachusetts State Police, DEA and FBI, Kmiec said.
Five search warrants were executed during the investigation. State Police praised the collaborative police work in a tweet, saying that it made “Lynn streets safer.”
The following people were arrested:
- Jesus Florentino, 28, was charged with trafficking 10-plus grams of fentanyl, Class A drug distribution and Class B drug distribution.
- Jessica Montoya-Vargas, 34, was charged with Class A drug distribution and on warrants.
- Senaida Rodriguez, 45, was charged with Class A drug distribution and Class B drug distribution.
- Katie Ann Dyer-Garcia, 35, was charged with Class A drug distribution subsequent offense, Class B drug distribution subsequent offense and conspiracy to violate the drug law.
- Santo Emilio Vizcaino, 42, was charged with Class A drug distribution and conspiracy to violate the drug law.
- Phillip Rogers, 24, was charged with Class A drug distribution and school zone drug violation.
- Erik Gotimer, 32, was charged with Class A drug distribution.
- Efrain Tavarez-Vargas, 29, was charged with trafficking 10-plus grams of fentanyl and two counts of Class A drug distribution.
- William Perez, 55, was charged with Class B drug distribution.
- Christopher Alonzo, 25, was charged with Class A drug distribution and Class B drug distribution.
- Emanuel Coreano, 37, was charged with Class A drug distribution.
- Ari Jenkins, 40, was charged with Class B drug distribution and Class B drug possession with intent to distribute.
- David Thomas, 55, was charged with Class B drug distribution subsequent offense.
- Jeanette Gonzalez, 35, was charged with Class A drug distribution and conspiracy to violate the drug law.
- Kenneth Niboh, 43, was charged with Class A drug distribution and conspiracy to violate the drug law.
- Mark Suggs, 46, was charged with conspiracy to violate the drug law.
- Jesse Aponte, 47, was charged with Class A drug distribution and conspiracy to violate the drug law.
- Lincoln McKenzie, 50, was charged with Class B drug distribution subsequent offense, Class B drug possession with intent to distribute subsequent offense and conspiracy to violate the drug law.
- Adam Miller, 31, was charged with Class B drug possession.
- Precious Thompson, 33, was arrested on warrants.
- Pamela Cote, 37, was charged with Class A drug distribution and conspiracy to violate the drug law.
- Yusef Ali, 55, was charged with Class A drug distribution and conspiracy to violate the drug law.
- Wallis Baez-Pimental, 28, was charged with Class A drug distribution and conspiracy to violate the drug law.
- Angel Mejia, 43, was charged with trafficking 10-plus grams of fentanyl and Class B drug possession with intent to distribute.
- Diogenes Gutierrez, 48, was charged with trafficking 10-plus grams of fentanyl, Class B drug possession with intent to distribute, firearm possession without a firearm identification card, unlicensed possession of ammo and firearm use in a felony.
- Scott Thibodeau, 62, was charged with trafficking 10-plus grams of fentanyl.
- Angel Avelino, 27, was charged with Class B drug possession.
- Amy May, 43, was charged with Class B drug possession.
- Aysha Young, 33, was arrested on warrants.
- Wahascal Figueroa-Castro, 24, was charged with trafficking 36-plus grams of Class B drugs.
- Oscar Castro, 28, was charged with Class B drug possession with intent to distribute and Class B drug possession.
- Pablo Aquino-Minier, 25, was charged with Class A drug distribution and conspiracy to violate the drug law.
- Mark Gigliello, 25, was arrested on warrants.
