LYNN — Police are investigating a shooting that took place inside a Neptune Boulevard apartment building Sunday evening.
Police responded to 160 Neptune Blvd. shortly before 8 p.m. and found a door inside the building had been struck with gunfire, Lynn Police Lt. Michael Kmiec said.
The shooting was reported by a resident hours after it occurred and no one was on scene when officers responded. There were no victims at the time and no suspects have been identified, Kmiec said.
