LYNN — A 65-year-old woman was seriously injured after she was struck by a car on the Lynnway Monday night, state police said.
The car left the scene following the crash, which occurred in the area of Metro PCS on the southbound side of Route 1A, according to Trooper James DeAngelis.
The woman was taken to an area hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries, DeAngelis said.
State Police are investigating the crash.
