A report of a motor vehicle crash at 2:28 p.m. Saturday on West Shore Drive.
Complaints
A report of screaming at 9:56 p.m. Friday on Green Street. A caller reported there was some sort of screaming going on in the area. Police reported the person was out praying “for us” and would bring it in for the night.
A report of a disturbance at 10:09 p.m. Friday on Pleasant Street. A caller reported there was an argument coming from a beige SUV in the Warwick back parking lot. Police reported the person was on her Bluetooth talking to a friend and it was apparently too loud. She said she would turn it down.
A report of a noise disturbance at 1:30 a.m. Saturday at Fort Beach and Doaks lanes. A caller reported there were three men outside in the boat yard area who were “making enough noise to wake me out of a dead sleep.” Police reported the males were looking for a cellphone and would return later to look during the daytime.
A caller said she didn’t want to be a rat, but reported there were people running on the Causeway at 11:46 a.m. Saturday on Ocean Avenue. She said that if people see one person running, they will all start doing it. An officer reported seeing people running on the beach, but not on the Causeway.
A caller reported there was a group of three kids who were using skateboards and filming themselves jumping off walls in front of the Little Theatre at 3:01 p.m. Saturday. The caller said the kids were yelling swear words. Police reported the group was leaving upon arrival.
Fire
A report of an outside fire on the beach at 7:36 p.m. Saturday on Stramski Way. Police reported there was a cooking fire on private land with no hazards.
Theft
A Pleasant Street store manager reported his employee’s bicycle was stolen at 10:26 a.m. Saturday.

Arrests
Ryan M. Mihovan, 29, of 7 Spring Road, was arrested on a warrant at 5:23 p.m. Friday.
Zachary Stewart, 19, of 12 Richfield St., Dorchester, was arrested and charged with speeding, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, and receiving stolen property at 2:25 a.m. Thursday.
Complaints
A report of suspicious activity at 11:20 a.m. Friday on Range Road. A caller reported there was work being done on Bayside and a town worker had knocked on her parents’ door. The worker had reportedly wanted to look in their basement. The caller said this seemed suspicious and was worried about safety concerns due to COVID-19 since her parents are in their 90s. She was told any work being done at the Bayside is private, and not connected to the town.
A caller reported a man spit on his car while he was in the Seaside Variety parking lot on Nahant Road at 5:23 p.m. Friday. Ryan M. Mihovan, 29, was arrested (see arrests).
Theft
A report of a stolen motor vehicle at 2:25 a.m. Thursday at Nahant and Castle roads. Police reported the driver of a stolen vehicle that was connected to an armed robbery in Boston was not stopping. A State Police K9 assisted to find the suspect after he took off on foot. Police found a large hunting knife in the passenger seat of the vehicle. Zachary Stewart, 19, of Dorchester was arrested (see arrests).

Arrest
Dario A. Chavez-Mendez, 21, of 1 High Rock St., Apt. 1, Lynn, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle at 9:09 p.m. Friday.
Accidents
A report of a motor vehicle hit and run crash at 5:48 p.m. Friday at 200 Washington St.
A car into the woods was reported at 6:28 p.m. Friday at Route 128 North and Route 95 North. State Police called back to cancel assistance.
A report of a motor vehicle crash at 8:08 p.m. Saturday at 316 Lowell St.
Breaking and Entering
A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 3:42 p.m. Saturday at 26 Howley St. A caller reported he suspected a man he had paid $20 to help him move his furniture had stolen $4,000 from his car’s center console.
A motor vehicle breaking and entering was reported at 7:57 p.m. Saturday at 21 Caller St. A caller reported his unlocked car was rummaged through the night before. A neighbor had reportedly seen a man running from the area.
Complaints
A BMW and Mustang were reportedly drag racing in a parking lot at 1 Technology Drive at 9:48 p.m. Friday.
A report of suspicious activity at 6:04 a.m. Saturday at Walnut Street Place at 8 Walnut St. A caller reported numerous cars appeared to have been broken into and Amazon deliveries were opened. An officer confirmed multiple packages were opened and items were taken. Notes were left for the residents of the affected homes.
Fire
A report of an oven fire at 4:35 p.m. Friday at 5 Silverleaf Way. The fire was extinguished.
Theft
A report of a larceny at 12:55 p.m. Saturday at Sam’s Food Mart at 474 Lowell St. A caller reported his wallet was stolen off of a store counter. An officer reported an unknown woman came into the store and stole the wallet. The store owner was able to get the suspect’s vehicle information, which led to the suspect returning to return the wallet to an officer. Donna C. Gustin, 50, of 28 Elizabeth Lane, was summoned for larceny and unauthorized use of credit cards.
