A number of North Shore communities reported new coronavirus cases, but no additional deaths on Monday.

Lynn, Lynnfield, Marblehead, Nahant, Peabody, Revere and Swampscott all reported a handful of new cases.

In Lynn, six new cases were reported to bring the city’s caseload to 3,816. Of that total, 510 cases are active because 106 residents have died and 3,200 have recovered from the virus, according to city data.

Three new cases were reported in Lynnfield, where numbers have otherwise largely remained unchanged for the past several weeks. The town has now reported 104 cases and 11 deaths.

Marblehead has reported three new cases since last Wednesday to bring the town’s numbers to 243 cases and 30 deaths.

In Nahant, where numbers have also largely remained steady in past weeks, two new cases were reported on Monday. The town now has 44 cases and six residents have died.

Peabody has diagnosed three new cases since last Friday to bring the city’s caseload to 1,096. The death toll remained the same at 167 and 855 residents have recovered from the virus, according to the city’s health department.

Three new cases were reported in Revere on Monday to bring the city’s total number of cases to 1,917. Eighty-eight residents have died and 1,628 have recovered from COVID-19.

An additional case was also reported in Swampscott. The town now has 137 cases and nine residents have died.

At press time, Saugus had not released updated numbers. As of last Friday, the town has reported 562 cases and 36 deaths.
