New coronavirus cases were reported in Lynn, Lynnfield and Revere on Tuesday, but numbers remained the same in several other North Shore communities.
In Lynn, seven new cases were reported to bring the city’s caseload to 4,936, but only 437 of those cases are active. A total of 118 people have died and 4,381 have recovered from the virus, according to city data.
Revere reported 12 new cases on Tuesday, which aligns with its average of 12.1 new cases per day over the past seven days. The city now has 2,728 cases and 103 residents have died, according to the city website.
An additional case was reported in Lynnfield to bring the town’s caseload to 144. Fourteen people have died, according to the town website.
Numbers remained the same in Nahant (52 cases, six deaths) on Tuesday and were not updated in Marblehead, Peabody, Saugus or Swampscott.
As of Monday, Marblehead had 262 cases and 30 deaths, Peabody had 1,298 cases and 183 deaths, Saugus had 710 cases and 41 deaths, and Swampscott had 168 cases and 11 deaths.
