To the editor:
I am writing this letter to acknowledge the great customer service is given at Pennyworth’s in Lynn under the management of Barry Glaser.
The young men and women he has trained in sales are very uplifting. They are polite, kind, helpful and they aim to satisfy the customer; something we do not see often enough in today’s businesses.
These young people are the future and I believe Barry has them on the right track for personal advancement in communication with the general public.
I remember when Pennyworth’s was on Munroe Street and clothed my kids for years. We are still customers and now we are buying for the grandkids. Why? Because Barry will find what you need and the quality is great.
Thank you, Barry, for clothing my family and for all of your community service all these 40-plus years.
Most of all, thank you for your loyalty to the people of Lynn and for making a difference with the youth and young adults of today. You get five stars in my book.
