As if being a single mother isn’t hard enough, the ongoing pandemic has made it all the more challenging for so many people all across the country facing similar predicaments.
One unemployed mother of four daughters between the ages of six months and 11 years is hoping to give her family a happy Christmas this year.
“With great relief and hope this season because of you, Santa, my four children would be able to celebrate this year’s Christmas holiday,” the mother wrote. “I lost my job because of COVID-19 and have not been able to return back to work, so life has been extremely full of challenges not knowing where I am going to get any gifts under the Christmas tree for my children.”
The mother wrote further that she has full confidence and trust that Item Santa will help her “put a smile on my children’s faces this coming Christmas Day (and she) “is looking forward to many surprises from you.
“I want to thank the Santa organization ahead for all the gifts you will help my children to a reality like the other children,” the mother wrote. “I really trust Santa and really depend on you to send my children Christmas gifts this year.”
