Lynn, Lynnfield, Peabody, Revere and Salem reported new coronavirus cases on Wednesday.
And an additional death was reported in Peabody to bring the city’s death toll to 302.
Peabody has also reported 31 new cases since Monday to bring its total number of cases to 5,783, according to the health department.
In Lynn, 38 new cases were reported to bring the city’s caseload to 15,986. Of that total, 309 cases are active, 199 people have died, and 15,478 have recovered from the virus, the city reported.
Seventeen new cases were reported in Revere to bring the city’s total numbers to 9,879 cases and 159 deaths, according to the city website.
Lynnfield (1,076 cases, 29 deaths) reported four new cases, Salem (4,219 cases, 77 deaths) reported nine new cases, Nahant (232 cases, six deaths) reported no change in its statistics, and numbers were not updated in Marblehead, Saugus or Swampscott.
As of last Friday, Marblehead had 1,195 cases and 31 deaths, and numbers have not been updated in Saugus (3,626 cases, 66 deaths) or Swampscott (965 cases, 19 deaths) since last Thursday.
