A 26-year-old Lynn man is facing a charge of aggravated battery causing great bodily harm after he allegedly ran over a security officer and struck another person with his Lamborghini outside a nightclub last Saturday in Miami, Fla.
Luis Iraheta allegedly got into an altercation with a group of men outside of a Miami nightclub at 6:45 a.m. Saturday.
Security officers intervened in the fight, at which point, Iraheta accelerated the vehicle, and struck the person who had asked the officers to get involved, according to 7News Boston.
Video footage from 10News Miami, shows a gray Lamborghini Urus running directly over the security officer, identified by police as Abraham Valdez.
Iraheta allegedly fled the scene, refused to stop for police, and crashed into another vehicle. He was later taken to a trauma center.
He was reportedly transported to the North Miami Police Department upon his release from the hospital Monday.
