Lynn and Lynnfield reported new coronavirus cases on Thursday, but numbers remained the same in several other North Shore communities.
In Lynn, 24 new cases were reported to bring the city’s caseload to 16,548. Of that total, 382 cases are active, 208 people have died, and 15,958 have recovered from the virus, according to city data.
Eight new cases were reported in Lynnfield, which now has 1,123 cases and 29 deaths, the town website reported.
Numbers remained the same in Nahant (243 cases, eight deaths) and Revere (10,171 cases, 159 deaths) and were not updated in Marblehead, Peabody, Salem, Saugus or Swampscott.
As of Wednesday, Peabody had 6,687 cases and 308 deaths and Salem had 4,345 cases and 78 deaths. Swampscott had 1,050 cases and 19 deaths as of Monday, Marblehead had 1,231 cases and 31 deaths as of last Friday, and numbers have not been updated in Saugus (3,818 cases, 67 deaths) since last Thursday.
