Lynn native and Endicott College graduate student Michaela Hamill has earned Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Pitcher of the Week accolades for the second time in her career, as announced by the league office Monday afternoon.

Last week for the Gulls, Hamill — who played high school softball at St. Mary’s — went 2-0 with a spotless 0.00 earned run average (ERA) in back-to-back complete-game wins over Suffolk University.

In 12 innings of work, Hamill scattered 11 hits and three walks while striking out eight batters. In her final appearance of the week, Hamill limited the Rams to just two hits in five innings of work.

Hamill and Endicott (4-0, 4-0 CCC) visit Suffolk Wednesday for a doubleheader at 5 and 7 p.m.
