Marco Escobar scored four goals, including the game-winner, to help lift the KIPP boys soccer team to a 6-5 victory over Nashoba Tech Wednesday evening at Manning Field. With Wednesday’s performance, Escobar has now scored 14 goals on the season and has had three games of three or more goals.
Kenny De Leon added one goal and one assist in the win, while Jeff Paz scored one goal. Cristian Garcia Bermudez and Kevin Rodriguez each had one assist in the win.

Swampscott earned its first win of the season behind double-winner Henna Domian, who won both the shot put (30-6 1/2) and the 300-meter (38.8 seconds). Other winners for the Big Blue were Aidan McMaster in the 55 hurdles (8.7), Quinn Hitchcock in the 55 dash (7.1), Szymon Wabno in the 600 (1:37.8) and Dylan Brawley in the 1000 (2:54.6).

Winners for Salem in the meet against Swampscott were Trevor Beaudoin in the high jump (5-8), Jamont Hightower in the one-mile (5:23.6) and Max Fitch in the two-mile (10:31). In the meet against Saugus, Salem got wins from Hightower in the shot put (28-8) and one-mile (5:23.6), Nick Balesta in the 600 (1:38.9) and Max Fitch in the two-mile (10:31).

Sophia Alvarado and Emma Sands were both double-winners for the Big Blue, with Alvarado taking first in the shot put (26-1) and the 55 dash (8.1) and Sands winning the 55 hurdles (11.2) and the two-mile (13:38). Other winners for Swampscott were Lillian Pulaski in the high jump (4-6), Elise Hamernick in the 300 (48.2), Priya Cooper in the 1000 (4:06) and Sydney Marshall in the one-mile (7:08).
