Double-digit coronavirus case increases were reported Friday in Lynn, Peabody and Revere.
New cases were also reported in Lynnfield, Salem and Marblehead.
In Lynn, 50 new cases were reported to bring the city’s caseload to 16,864. Of that total, 402 cases are active, 209 people have died, and 16,253 have recovered from the virus, according to city data.
Forty-five new cases have been reported in Peabody since Wednesday. The city now has 6,851 cases, 313 deaths, and 6,103 people have recovered, the health department reported.
In Revere, 28 new cases were reported to bring the city’s total numbers to 10,372 cases and 161 deaths, according to the city website.
Lynnfield (1,154 cases, 29 deaths) reported four new cases, Marblehead (1,268 cases, 31 deaths) has reported 16 new cases since last Friday, Salem (4,455 cases, 80 deaths) reported eight new cases, and numbers remained the same in Nahant (246 cases, eight deaths).
Numbers were not updated in Saugus or Swampscott, which had 3,967 cases and 71 deaths, and 1,097 cases and 19 deaths, respectively, as of Thursday.
