Two more Lynn residents have died from the coronavirus, and new cases were also reported in Peabody and Salem.
With the two additional deaths, the death toll in Lynn has climbed to 214.
Lynn also reported 35 new cases to bring the city’s caseload to 17,352. Of that total, 253 cases are active and 16,885 people have recovered from the virus, according to city data.
In Peabody, 16 new cases have been reported since Monday. The city’s caseload is 7,128; 316 people have died; and 6,432 have recovered, the health department reported.
Fifteen new cases were reported in Salem, which now has 4,639 cases and 80 deaths, according to the city website.
Lynnfield (1,185 cases, 29 deaths) and Nahant (248 cases, eight deaths) reported no change, and numbers were not updated in Marblehead, Saugus and Swampscott.
Marblehead had 1,306 cases and 31 deaths as of last Friday, Saugus had 4,089 cases and 71 deaths as of last Thursday, and Swampscott (1,126 cases, 19 deaths) has not updated its numbers since April 20.
